MIB3 - Stuck on Loading User Information When Booting Up

• Affected Models: Audi A3, Q3 (2024).
• Symptoms: The screen is stuck at the "loading user information" screen during boot-up, and user interaction is not possible. The backup camera functions normally.

Q5 Airbag Light with DTCs B101704, B103604

• Action: Technicians are instructed to contact Audi TAC. They must not perform GFF or test plans for this DTC, and not perform any repairs or disconnect the PODS sensor mat or PODS control module.

A4/A4 Allroad Noisy and/or Binding Front Windows

• Affected Models: Audi A4, A4 allroad (2023-2024).
• Action: Technicians must follow a specific video documentation process: video the customer's complaint, video the causal part after identifying the root cause (e.g., window regulator, window guide), and video the window operation if the complaint is resolved.

Audi Q7 Front Door Wind Noise
