Summary"Radio Over The Air Update to T27.46 Software Version Customers may also experience one or more of the following: ● Navigation signal drops out. Maps not loading on the Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) display. ● Cannot change satellite stations, display shows one station on screen but is playing another. ● Battery drain. ● A Black screen after clicking accept at start up (Rearview camera functions normally). ● Radio resets (Rearview camera functions normally). ● Wireless connectivity disconnecting. ● CarPlay® icon does not appear in device manager. ● Audio disruptions. ● SXMT inoperative. ● Audio mute. ● Passenger screen blank. ● Passenger screen apps missing. ● Missing profiles icon. ● IPC displays incorrect audio source. ● Radio is slow to respond. ● Trailer tire pressure configurations deleted. ● Steering wheel controls skipping SXMT channels. ● Recent calls not displayed. ● Phone audio playing when ignition is off. In addition, the following software enhancement(s) are available: ● Icon size/layout improvements. ● Carplay/Android Auto® improvements. ● Uconnect Phone improvements. ● FOTA improvements. ● Passenger screen camera app improvements. ● Voice Recognition (VR) command improvements. This bulletin provides information regarding the latest FOTA update and provides the service technician an overview of the steps a customer will need to take to complete the update. The radio software will be updated from T25.48 or T25.51 to T27.46."

Summary"Rear Axle Vibration Shudder Or Chatter Customers may experience the following: ● A chatter, shudder, or vibration from the rear axle during turns. NOTE: This may happen more as the vehicle ages, especially if the vehicle is used extensively for towing or hauling heavy loads. The cause of the concern may be due to degradation of the rear axle fluid. It is very important to follow the routine maintenance schedules on these vehicles when it comes to changing the rear axle fluid if the vehicle is used primarily for towing or hauling heavy loads. If you experience a vehicle with the above condition, please perform the proper maintenance procedures for the rear axle and replace the fluid first before replacing any hardware components. NOTE: This service bulletin is only applicable to vehicles that have no history of an axle fluid replacement. If the vehicle usage includes police, taxi, fleet, off-road or frequent trailer towing, regular axle fluid changes are required every 3 years or 30,000 miles (whichever comes first) per the Maintenance Schedule in the vehicle Owner's Manual. This bulletin involves changing the rear axle lube to possibly address a chatter, shudder or vibration."

Summary"Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) Fluid Freezing **Customers must experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination and the vehicle must exhibit/set the following Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC):** ● P203E-00 - Reductant Level Sensor 1 Circuit Intermittent-Erratic. Customers may also experience one or more of the following: ● Repeated freeze/thaw cycles of the urea tank to cause solid DEF crystals to form and settle on the focus tube, blocking the level sensor signal. ● Rapid temperature swings from below freezing to above freezing causing an incomplete thaw of the DEF tank. When the vehicle is powered on, the diagnostic is enabled due to thawed DEF at the tank bottom surface, but the fluid in the center is still partially frozen. ● Not following the proper DEF fill procedure and overfilling the tank.** This bulletin involves replacing the urea delivery module and grade vent valve and updating the Dosing Control Unit (DCU) software."
