If the rough shifting occurs during one or more of the events listed above, then this is a known issue. Engineering is aware and developing a resolution to address these concerns. A Quick Learn can be performed to improve these concerns. But the concerns may reappear again and another Quick Learn may need to be performed. Valve body and/or transmission replacement WILL NOT correct these concerns. If DTC?s for the transmissions performance are found. Follow the DTC flow charts to root cause the customer concern.

SummaryCAMERA, Rear View Prior to replacing the RVCM (rear view camera module) due to the presence of the STORED DTC B2299-00 "Rear Camera Module Internal" on the 21MY WL75 and or 22MY WL74, WS and MP vehicles, verify there are no observable issues with the Rear View Camera feature. If there are no observable issues with the Rear View Camera feature, and no customer complaints related to the Rear View Camera, clear the STORED fault and do not replace the camera. This issue is due to a temperature detection error and will be corrected in a subsequent SW release
