While driving on State highway 59, a small bump in the road sent the truck into a violent shake where I almost lost control of the vehicle. This violent shake is and can be life threatening to my family and I, as well as nearby others. Now Ford is charging me for fixing the life-threatening defect. It does not seem right that Ford by their defect threaten my family life with a year-old car and I have to pay for the fix.

Known Faulty Bosch CP4 fuel pump placed on vehicles with Fords knowledge of the issue. This fuel pump is known to fail and cause thousands of dollars in damage and repair cost. As a good business practice Ford should issue a recall on all vehicles that this faulty fuel pump was installed on

May 13, 2021 (KC3Z*3E651*B DAMPER ASY) was replaced by Coggin Ford. The vehicle shakes at hwy speeds if hit a bump was the complaint. The extreme shaking has no warning, it will take you off guard and the only way to control it is to slow almost to a stop from 65 to 70 mph to a crawl. The shaking is so strong if feels as if the steering wheel will be jerked from you hands. You can only thank God that the people behind you are able to stop or let you over. It feels strong enough to throw you into another vehicle or wall without a tight grip on the steering wheel. This is not a little vibration, it literally shakes the whole vehicle violently. 11/07/2022 Took back to Rountree Moore in Lake City FL (we purchased it from Rountree). Because they could not reduplicate the issue there is nothing they can do. I explained it has happened twice in the last week and we have already had it fixed once at 47,476 miles. 11/07 and 08/2022 opened a case with Ford customer care [XXX] (11/07) and [XXX] (open 11/08). Please I beg you to help us -- there is no warning and when it happens you really feel at a loss of control, it feels as if it is all over the road. I am scared to drive the vehicle! FORD NEEDS TO OWN UP TO THE MISTAKES OR BE FINED FOR PLACING PEOPLE LIVES IN DANGER. INFORMATION Redacted PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6).

Took the truck on I-40 and to 75mph hit a crack repair and steering went crazy. Had to full stop to get it to stop. Back on the road and it happened again at 75mph. Got it into dealer and found out that it is a death wobble. Dealer replaced the steering dampener and returned. Dampener was purchased locally. Six weeks later and it happened on US550, after driving over a rough spot. This time it was 70mph. Happened again on US550 a few days later but at 65mph. Truck is in the dealer's shop again, and has been for eight days. They test drove it and got it to duplicate the problem. They have put a new steering dampener on as the last one is bad already. They are lowering the camber (wharever that is) and will test drive it tomorrow again.

The dash light says " trailer not connected when the trailer is connected. When using the sponge brake inside for the electric trailer bracks. It comes up saying trailer wiring fault. The trailer has been to a shop to ensure the wiring and plug end are good. Other trailers have the same issue when hooked to this truck.

2019 F250, 13,000 miles: While traveling along interstate 64 in Virginia, I crossed a bridge in the early morning, pre-dawn hours which caused the truck to "bounce" as it transitioned across the joints that joined the bridge to the pavement. Immediately after crossing, the truck entered into an uncontrollable vibration that caused me to lose positive control to the vehicle. The loss of control lasted until I was able to ride-out the incident alongside the roadway. Believing I had blown a tire, I checked the truck to find that all tires were serviceable. I reentered the roadway, having checked all items I could, only to have the issue reoccur as I crossed another bridge at a reduced speed. I exited the interstate highway and utilized back roads, at reduced speeds (below 50), to reach a safe location to diagnose the issue. Utilizing online research, I located videos of the exact same problem I had experienced. I am beyond shocked this vehicle has not been recalled. As an experienced driver, with over twenty years of law enforcement driving experience, I can assure you it took everything I had to keep the vehicle from crashing. Had I been towing a trailer/camper or had the interstate traffic been heavier, I cannot imagine how a serious accident would not have occurred. The vehicle has been meticulously maintained, possesses a current state inspection sticker, and gave no warning prior to this incident of having any issues related to the loss of control.

- #11492314November 4, 2022TIRES, TIRES:TREAD/BELT
The Belt in the tire separated while driving. This caused a "Bubble" to form causing my truck to shake violently and required changing to the spare tire. If this happened on the highway I could have lost control and caused an accident. I took my truck to a tire installer who documented the above finding and noted the tire was properly inflated and there were no impact marks on the tread or sidewalls. I am currently working with the supplier but they are being unreasonable with the requirements to have it inspected. No other reps have been contacted at this time. No ( its a 24 year old truck, I don't have any tire related warning lamps) LT235/85 R16

Odometer: 45847. Two weeks ago I hit a bump on GA 400 going about 70MPH and the death wobble happened. Had to brake heavily to get it to stop. No warning lights. Knew there was an ESB on the Steering Dampner and took it to the dealer to have that replaced along with the other recalls. The service advisor calls today and wants to charge me $1800 to replace the tie rods. Ford should be taking care of the affected components in relation to the steering dampener not holding up.

When driving above 50 MPH and hitting a small bump in the road, the vehicle has gone into a sever wobble in the suspension almost to the point of losing control of the steering of the truck. I had to reduce the speed to below 30 MPH to get the truck to return to normal. This has happened to our truck twice.

Violent shaking in front end (commonly referred to as “ death wobble”) usually associated with hitting a rough spot in road. Happens between speeds of 50-60 mph. Ford replaced steering stabilizer under a service bulletin and it did nothing to help. Tires have been replaced and tire rotation is done every 5,000 miles. Ford acts like there is no problem but there is a serious and dangerous one. This has been a problem with the truck since it was bought brand new in 2015

Traveling on US highway 77 at about 60mph and hit a small bump and the truck starting shaking and the steering vibrating and was almost thrown off the highway in the opposite lane of traffic. Had to decrease speed quickly and almost lost total control of the vehicle. If a car had been in the oncoming lane we would have had an head on collision

On 11/1/2022 I was exiting the freeway at approximately 60 mph. When I went over the seam between the exit ramp and the service ramp the truck started shaking violently (also known as the "Death Wobble"). I immediately hit the brakes and slowed the vehicle to 30 mph and the shaking stopped. This issue is widely reported all over discussion boards on the internet and I cannot believe you haven't required Ford to fix this.

This vehicle has the death wabble. It has happened at least 5 times in the last 6 to 8 months. The last incident the vehicle shook so bad we thought it was going to turn over. Only happens at higher speeds and whenever you hit a bump or.pothole in the road.
