During high speeds on the highway the car starting making random beeping and booping alerts, every warning showed up on the dash and a notification quickly popped up that said something along the lines of battery failure and need service, then disappeared, then a red battery indicator remained displayed and the car's acceleration and regenerative breaking went dead. We managed to roll the car for about half a mile to the next exit and pulled over. My wife was driving at that time and when I got out of the car to switch with my wife, the problem went away and we weren't able to reproduce the problem. I have sent this issue to Fisker the day of and they are completely ignoring it. I've been hounding them everyday about this as well as all the other issues with the car and expired plates. My wife is too scared to drive the car by herself since then and I can't even legally drive it because of Fisker's refusal to provide temporary registration and plates. Anyway, this was a dangerous situation for both of us. Fisker is currently prioritizing all their techs to prep inventory for sale and ignoring current customers with mechanical issues. Still have all the other well known issues like regenerative braking cutting off on high speeds when hitting uneven surfaces on the highway causing a very jarring lurch forward and decreased stopping distance, random ADAS errors causing beeps and bongs, interior light randomly coming on and off during drive, excessively loud fan noise coming from rear view mirror. These are all distracting during drive issues and Fisker's been ignoring me for all my issues.

LANE DEPARTURE: WARNING, LANE DEPARTURE: BLIND SPOT DETECTION, EXTERIOR LIGHTING
All cameras have failed on this Fisker Ocean. That has led to the blind spot indicators being on at all times along with non functioning back-up cameras, lane-keeping system, parking indicators. No response on the ticket submitted (along with other tickets submitted for other issues previously). Headlights now turn off when the car stops no matter which mode (auto, headlights, or daytime running lights) is selected. They come back on once moving. This has lead to reduced visibility of the vehicle. Again, no response from Fisker requesting service.

SERVICE BRAKES, ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
My Fisker Ocean Extreme has been inoperable since [XXX]. Initially, a Fisker rep told me it was likely due to software update Fisker pushed to the car, causing the car alarm to sound and the 12 volt battery to die. Fisker did not notify me that it was pushing an update to my car on [XXX], nor did I “accept” or “install” any update. The car was parked at the time. On [XXX] and [XXX], the rep tried unsuccessfully on two occasions to repair the car. Ultimately, he stated that a connector “welded” itself (his words) to the high voltage battery. Although the rep said the “welding” was rare, it has occurred. Before he left my car, he disconnected wires and further rendered the car inoperable. Fisker promised to arrange no later than [XXX] for the car to be towed and repaired in La Palma. However, despite repeated calls and emails, Fisker has rejected my requests for repair. The "welding" indicates a high level of heat involving the high voltage battery, which is a significant safety concern. The car also had significant issues with regenerative braking not working, which I also complained to Fisker about. Gearshift stick popped out and dropped to the floor while trying to reverse at parking lot. We were able to plug it in after few attempts to get it to function and drive back home nearby. Called Fisker support and reported the incident and are waiting for their service to fix the issue. If this had happened on the highway, will loose control and end up ina accident!

The contact owns a 2023 Fisker Ocean. The contact stated that while depressing the brake pedal, a vibration and tapping sound was coming from the brake pedal. Additionally, the "Regen Braking" message was displayed, and the stopping distance was extended. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and a technician was sent to examine the vehicle. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact was informed that the failure was due to a software issue that the manufacturer was working to resolve. No further information was available. The failure mileage was 10.

FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM
On 3/29/24 my wife was driving the Fisker home on the freeway. She had about 20% battery left and was 5 miles from home. All of a sudden, the car lost power and she started to coast on the freeway. Nothing happened when she pushed on the accelerator. She made it to the side of the road. Stopped the car. And then turned it on again and all was fine and drove home. She was severely shaken to completely lose power on the freeway. Then the same thing happened to me on 4/5/24. I was traveling with the cruise control on at 70 mph and I was on the Interstate 80 freeway. I was eastbound, 2 miles from the Bus. 80 junction. All of a sudden, the screen in front of me started flashing. It said "front ADAS malfunction", "braking problem, drive safely" " Battery low, 12v/HV". The car slowed to 52 mph and nothing happened when I pushed on the accelerator. I made my way through traffic with my hazard lights on and got to the side of the freeway. I stopped the car and put it in Park. Nothing changed. So I reset the system by pushing the two inside buttons of the steering wheel. It reset and everything worked. We contacted Fisker after the first incident and then again after the second incident. They said we were a "high" priority and we would be contacted by a service tech in 1-3 days. It has been 4 days and no one has contacted us. We are very hesitant to drive the car not knowing when it might quit on us again. We need answers from Fisker!

There were no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 2,000.

Today, I had to slam on my breaks on the freeway. Luckily I was able to stop in time. However the Fisker completely shut off, flashed every warning light imaginable and wouldn’t respond. I sat diagonally in the middle of a 6 lane freeway and for 5 straight minutes the car wouldn’t work. I finally got the car to turn on but it wouldn’t switch to drive, it was stuck on park or neutral. I had to turn off the car, lock it, unlock it and then the car responded. It was very scary. The 2nd was last weekend I had my car in the garage plugged in for 7 days and it didn’t get driven. When I returned I got in the car to drive and the battery was at full charge. While I was driving to work the battery was dropping several % a minute. After 20 miles of driving I had 9% of battery and pulled into a charging area unable to get to work. I ended up charging the Fisker and it went back to normal. While driving I never got any notices/alerts/warnings, the battery never adjusted, it just kept falling. It was very stressful, nerve racking and scary thinking this could happen at any time or any moment. I can’t imagine driving my Fisker outside the city area. Also having the same braking issues where it shudders forward. I've had to drastically change lanes because of the brakes not fully engaging. My driver side mirror was making a loud screeching noise while opening and its stopped working altogether. The bluetooth doesnt work for the music or phone as well. I have messaged Fisker customer service over 20 times and they continue to ignore me.

Fisker ocean issues - [ ] Air conditioner/heating vents broken - [ ] Key fob only works occasionally - [ ] Multiple warning lights on - [ ] Software not updated - [ ] Brakes feel faulty catching when applied - [ ] Car pulls to the left hard if stops quickly - [ ] Windshield 2-3 ft crack/no glass to order - [ ] Clicking noise from dash - [ ] No registration/license plates - [ ] Called customer service numerous times no help - [ ] No service centers near me and no techs to repair - [ ] Charging door ripped off - [ ] Can’t get signed contract from company - [ ] Didn’t get anything promised being ocean one buyer - [ ] Rear light inside car comes on randomly and won’t turn off till park - [ ] Can’t get car in gear to drive have to move around seat so it can tell someone is in seat - [ ] Passenger window rolls down when car locked without anyone in car - [ ] California mode all windows don’t go down and now passenger rear window won’t roll up all way and keeps rolling down 1/4 way - [ ] Brakes feel gravely when applied they are catching a bit….. feel like they take a moment to work when you apply them - [ ] When driving car and stop at light the car goes into park from drive on its own and takes a bit to get it to shift back into gear. - [ ] Key FOB has stopped working to unlock doors remotely. Have to hold of to sensor on door and then works after a few tries. Has been a few time when that wont work either and can’t get into car for a while.

When accelerating quickly in drive, the vehicle shifts into neutral, brakes, goes into park and shuts down. Technicians have repeated the issue and attempted to fix it but no solution has been found. The dash displays the message, "Brake System malfunction. Service Required." There are a few dash icons that display indicating a "System Fault," "Brake malfunction," and "ADAS fault."

I have created some service tickets thru the Fisker website and got no response, Shawn did a great job taking care of the initial issues I had, I just keep finding more that have not been addressed or stopped working with the OS2.0, the Bluetooth keeps disconnecting or not connecting at all when I enter the vehicle, the “Lane keep assist” never worked, I am still owe the rear flaps, the emergency kit We paid for, the limo screen is not working, (it stopped working before the updated it got fixed on update, it stopped working again), also, the car has done some erratic behaviors when stopped at a intersection waiting for a green light, the vehicle puts itself to Park, sometimes to the point of non responsiveness, there’s rattling or grinding sound when breaking at around 30-20m/hr, when inside the vehicle for 20-30 min, all kind of errors appears and becomes unresponsive, battery errors, won’t drive or do nothing, the driver seat intermittently becomes unresponsive, it would not move forward/backwards or up/low, I couldn’t drive it the other day, it was stuck the way my wife drives.

As I was driving in the middle of a rainstorm and the typical collision avoidance, lane departure, blind spot monitoring lights turned on and off intermittently, which was expected with this car. I’m used to it by now. But as I came down a descent on the two lane highway (CA interstate 80 around Truckee), as I slowly let go of the accelerator to allow for regen breaking to kick in, I got alerts for break malfunctions and failed regen breaking. Then all of a sudden, the accelerator lost all response and started to slow. I applied pressure to the accelerator and got nothing. Luckily there were no cars around, so I was able to cut across the next lane and onto the shoulder. Luckily the mechanical brakes still worked, though no regen breaking. I came to a complete stop, and as soon as I put the car into (P)ark the entire car shut off by itself, like it kissed all power. Fortunately, I was able to press through breaks the turn the car back on. Then everything went back to normal.

There have been many issues with my Fisker..Since the first day I got it I have had problems trying to get the car doors to open. I have even been TRAPPED MULTIPLE TIMES IN THE CAR unable to get out because the doors won't unlock to let me OUT. Since the first day I got the car I have been sending messages to fisker. Also, The first day I got the car, The Brakes system malfunction warning comes on often and the fisker IT Guys say” don’t worry about it “. The fisker support does not respond for days and sometimes weeks and sometimes not at all. Also I got the Fisker IT Service support technician for my are so I just text him most times with the issues. The AIr condition just stops working randomly. The sensors has been replaced but it keeps failing, the vents had to be replaced also and still have “bugs”. The doors not letting me out of the car are a HUGE safety risk for me and my family as well as not being able to get in the car. The Fisker technician has been to my house on several occasions and stayed for hours and then when he leaves I have the same issues. There are multiple incident dates as these issues are recurring. The brake malfunction while in driving started from day one I have a video. I also have text messages to the Fisker technician and one of the Fisker manager Sean O’Grady. i tried to load the video I have of the Brake system malfunction warning coming on as I am driving the car, but I couldn't get it to attach the file. The contact owns a 2023 Fisker Ocean One. The contact stated while shifted into reverse(R) the vehicle independently shifted to park(P). There was no warning light illuminated. The contact had to release the accelerator pedal and depress the brake pedal to shift into the desired gear. Additionally, the contact stated that the doors failed to unlock while using the key fob. The contact had to make several attempts or wait for a while before the doors would unlock. The contact also stated that the driver’s side seat sensor failed to sense an occupant being seated in the seat. The contact had to move around in the seat to place the vehicle into the desired gear to be able to drive the vehicle. The contact stated that while the rear middle seat belt was buckled, the sensor was indicating that the seat belt had not locked. The seat belt was refastened several times before the warning light was reset. The contact stated that the HVAC system and TPMS were not operating as needed. After inspecting the tire pressures, the contact discovered that the tires were properly inflated; however, the following day the tires were completely flat. The contact stated that there was also an abnormal burning odor inside the cabin of the vehicle but no indication of a fire. The contact stated that there was squeaking noise when the brake pedal was depressed or released, with a clicking noise coming from near the driver's seat and the accelerator pedal while driving the vehicle. The contact stated that the failures were intermittent. The vehicle had not been taken to the dealer; however, certified Fisker mechanics had been sent to the residence. The mechanics determined that the vehicle was overheating and found that the vehicle was taken to for service and the vents, and the seat sensors were replaced. The vehicle had not been repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 5.

What component or system failed or malfunctioned, and is it available for inspection upon request? Brakes system How was your safety or the safety of others put at risk? When hitting a bump or pothole, the brake would not work properly, and the vehicle keeps moving forward almost accelerating Has the problem been reproduced or confirmed by a dealer or independent service center? No Fisker customer service line was notified but has yet to have a technician visit as they said an update will adjust the regen brakes (never supplied a case number). Has the vehicle or component been inspected by the manufacturer, police, insurance representatives, or others? No technician has been sent or a case number sent. Were there any warning lamps, messages, or other symptoms of the problem prior to the failure, and when did they first appear? No warnings this has been an ongoing issue since the first delivery week after receiving the vehicle on 11/30/23
