2. Accessing the Ordering Portal: Technicians or service personnel need to visit Access Audi at www.accessaudi.com. From there, they select "App Links" from the upper ribbon.
3. Navigating to the Portal: Within "App Links," they will choose either the "Parts" menu or the "Service" menu, and then select the "Compliance Label Ordering Portal."
4. Entering Vehicle Information: The vehicle's VIN must be entered into the "Quick VIN Order" section, found under the VIN-Specific Items tab of the Order form.
5. Label Selection: The desired label (VIN plate or B-Pillar Safety Certification label) is then selected.
6. Weight Information: If requested, the weight information from the original B-Pillar Safety Certification label must be entered to complete the web-based form.
7. Approval and Fulfillment: The completed web-based form is electronically routed to the Compliance Label Coordinator for approval. The Coordinator then takes the necessary steps to fulfill the request. Once the new VIN plate and/or Safety Certification label is received from Audi AG, the Compliance Label Coordinator will provide it to the dealership for installation.
