Technicians are instructed to apply moderate pressure when cleaning and are specifically warned not to use the applicator included in the kit for this purpose. The service number for this procedure is 6414, with a damage code of 0030. The labor operation for cleaning residue from the inside of the glass is 6414 9999, estimated at 30 labor units.
