With no impact, our windshield cracked. I see many, many other owners of 2021 and later Toyota Venza have had this happen to them. This is clearly a large problem, so I'm hoping that by reporting our incident you will be encouraged to investigate further. Please let me know if you need any additional information, but the key points are that there has been no impact to the windshield that we are aware of, and the windshield cracked while driving. Thank you for your attention t this matter.

During the commute on the way home on [XXX] between Harrisburg and Lebanon PA a stone kicked up in a construction zone and impacted the driver side windshield. At that time there was no visible damage until later in the drive there was a 3in long crack in the driver side line of sight. As the drive continued the crack continued across the line of sight. Over the course of 2 days the crack went from 3inches to halfway across the windshield. The stone crack was no bigger than a size of an eraser on a pencil. I believe this needs investigated just like the 2021 model's with defective windshields. Toyota care (ref [XXX]) was called, they declined my incident. The Toyota part number 69030-53120, a front door lock assembly (Lock Assy, Fr Door), is a genuine part used across various 2022 Toyota models, including the RAV4 and Tacoma. Went to the dealer for a diagnoses with problems unlocking and locking my doors and it was deemed defective 0-69030-53120 LOCK ASSY, FR DOO SPCORD by a Toyota dealer. Both front doors don’t work the Lock Assy and it was detected at 38,000 miles approx.

I just purchased as 2021 Toyota Venza Limited. The headlight on low beam cast a odd shaped shadow. It is very distracting and often makes you think something is in front of the car. The issue dissappears when headlight are switched to high beam. This is very unsafe and deserves a recall.

Panoramic glass roof panel cracked. Dealership inspected and denied instantly stating glass is not covered under warranty and was impacted by a flying object. Toyota Case # 241022001563. Very poor design when the glass roof panel cracks with in the first 1070 miles of ownership.

SERVICE BRAKES, VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL, FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: AUTOMATIC EMERGENCY BRAKING
My wife owns this Toyota Venza. On October 9, 2024, I took the vehicle to the dealership for maintenance and all regular checkups passed. No sensor lights nor problem lights were on during the incident. On October 16, 2024 my wife was parking in a spot to pick up the mail in our community's mailbox. She pressed the brake and tried to park the vehicle when suddenly the motor accelerated over the parking lines on its own to a small hill continuously. My wife tried to press the brake multiple times with no success and the motor continued accelerating on its own. My wife turned the steering wheel to the right to avoid running into the hill or flipping the vehicle over. Once turned, the vehicle continued accelerating crossing over a neighborhood street and finally crashing into a neighbor's wall. Once it crashed the wall, all air bags were deployed and the vehicle rebounded back into the street where my wife was eventually able to shift it into parking. Once parked, the vehicle wouldn't start or move at all. Thankfully, there were no fatalities but my wife crashed into a wall and had to be taken to the hospital to be treated for the bruises in her legs and body from the air bag impact. Additionally, our community is gated and thankfully there is little traffic but this problem in a main road or highway could easily injure or kill people. We reported the accident to the local police and filed a report with them. We also notified insurance of the crash and have started a repair claim but the vehicle has not been inspected for any damages or problems. We have video recording of the incident which we will use for insurance and can provide as part of this complaint.

The contact owns a 2024 Toyota Venza. The contact stated that while his wife was driving at 10-20 making a left turn, a Land Rover veered in her path, and she crashed. The auto collision system did not engage. The brakes were applied but failed to respond. There were no warning lights illuminated. There were no reported injuries, fire or air bag deployment, or police reports filed. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer but was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 2,500. The VIN was not available.

The contact stated that while attempting to make a left turn, the brake pedal was depressed; however, the vehicle failed to respond, and the brake pedal became inoperable. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The VIN was not included in NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V708000 (SERVICE BRAKES, ELECTRIC, SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC). The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 2,000.

The multimedia display, which shows the gps mapping being sync'd from my phone has a pop up advertisement ""experience drive connect"" for a subscription service. According to multiple dealers this can not be disabled or turned off except by subscribing to Toyota Drive Connect. So, without a subscription, the multimedia display is disabled since the first screen which is an advertisement can not be removed or disabled in order to utilize the multimedia display. This has created a safety hazard for many posters on ToyotaNation forums and other sites. I believe this problem started with the 2023 version of their display and was not present on 2022 or earlier models.

drivers side low beam projects a dark spot within view, causing a shadow that is disconcerting and distracting while driving at night. Headrest notches for the rear passenger and rear driver side seats are machined improperly, causing them to lift completely out of the seat unless latched at the very lowest setting. Notches are on opposite sides of the same pole.

225 55/R19. New 2024 Toyota Venza (purchased XXX) with under 4k miles when tire blew out. Was driving the speed of traffic eastbound on [XXX] near [XXX] merge just east of Des Moines in heavy, heavy semi traffic when tire went flat. I had been driving for several hours since my previous stop and was in the far left lane when noise a loss of control made me pull off the road. I have pictures & a video that appears to show a tire defect. Neither Toyota and Bridgestone paid for my replacement tire, nor admit to a defective tire. I am concerned my other factory installed tires are also defective, and neither company are interested in my pics/video. EXTERIOR LIGHTING:HEADLIGHTS
Head lights! Dangerous. They have blind-spots due to equipment blocking full light vision. This is my 2nd report to you. I have not gotten a response. I think this should be looked into immediately. I don't care to drive at night because of this blind-spot. Yes, I have reported this to Toyota and they could not do anything about it because they it from the new type of light bulbs. Please review, research and respond. Thank you.

VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL
Seems like, This is common problems for all the Toyota Venza Car. After stopping at redlight, If we push the accelerator, It doesn't have a pickup speed as mentioned 7.1 sec from 0-60 miles. If, car is take on the 45/55 mile from the local road, it may hit by back side of the car. This is really concerning. Working with the dealer to solve the issue.
