STRUCTURE:BODY, SUSPENSION
The subframe has rusted/fallen off. This is incredibly risky as the car cannot be driven safely and it happened without warning. My mechanic said it is not due to any driving incidents but through rust occurring on Mercedes' subframes, which are flimsy. It has been inspected professionally by a mechanic. There are NO warning lamps. This could kill someone on the highway as while braking the car veered left and right. I had small children in the car we all neck pain from the car veering while stopping on the highway. I have taken good care of my vehicle and have all maintenance current. This is a fault with the material on the subframe. For MB: All the subframes are on backorder and are incredibly expensive to fix. I have a video of the damage from the mechanic if needed.

Check engine light- code read Valve For Crankcase Ventilation Has A Malfunction. After googling this, it appears that many Mercedes owners are having this issue and comes back again after repair. This should be recalled by Mercedes.

Mercedes C300 4Matic Engine light off. The diagnostic tool showed P052E error, which seems like a common problem with MB C300 models built from 2015. Is there a manufacturer recall for this issue? This warning came a few weeks ago and disappeared by itself shortly. It came again.

I have a 2017 C 300 and it smells like gas when I turn my heat/ac on. I contacted Mercedes to see if there was a recall as this is a huge issue with many customers but Mercedes offered no assistance. The smell of gas is very dangerous and I think it's unfair to the customers that Mercedes has known about this problem but chose to do nothing.

The contact stated that the failure had been recurring and was making him unwell. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where it was diagnosed and determined that the failure was related to NHTSA Campaign Number: 12V557000 (Fuel System, Gasoline). The vehicle was not repaired. The driver's side door handle broke impossible to open door from inside if there was an accident. I have been told that this is a common problem with my car, and that it cost 1600.00 to replace repair at the dealer. This is such a common problem that there are after market kits to repair the broken handle for 20.00, but including labor the repair is $500.00.

Factory AMG rims. 3 of the 4 rims have cracked. The last rim cracked with brand new tires. So it is not a tire issue. I find it unbelievable looking online how may others have had this problem with AMG rims. Does not seem acceptable.

1) cranshaft and camshaft position sensors, timing problems and it has to be replaced this is a common damage in Mercedes Benz 2012 c250. 2) this put in risk my life because it can brake the engine in a highway and the car could be off.

The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Numbers: 23V445000 (Fuel System, Gasoline) and 23V462000 (Electrical System) however, the part to do the recall repairs were not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. Additionally, the contact stated that on several occasions, the vehicle failed to start. The contact stated that she had to wait for an undisclosed amount of time to restart the vehicle. An unknown warning light was illuminated. The contact then stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle hesitated and stalled. The contact was unable to restart the vehicle. The contact stated that she felt unsafe driving the vehicle and was concerned for her safety. The dealer was not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. When depressing the throttle, occasionally there is no response form the engine or a significant delay coupled with erratic engine revving behavior. When this happens the car has no drive power, but power brakes and steering are unaffected. The engine sits at idle speed. This has happened on multiple occasions when in or crossing traffic. The issue may present and then disappear after 15-45 seconds with no other action being taken.
