  Some customers may experience a vehicle no start (no "Ready-ON") due to the 12V battery discharged or the High Voltage (HV) battery discharged. This may be caused by: Ignition left ON when exiting the vehicle (exiting the vehicle during "Ready-On"). Door/liftgate opened multiple times without ignition "Ready-ON" or driving vehicle. Installation of aftermarket electronic devices. To minimize THE battery drain concern, ensure that the vehicle shift selector is in Park when exiting and verify the ignition is turned OFF when exiting. NOTE: If multiple door/liftgate opening without "Ready-ON', drive vehicle to charge 12V battery.

  Some vehicles may exhibit a malfunction that the rear door cannot be opened or is hard to open with the rear outer handle. This is caused by the operating force not being sufficiently transmitted from the rear door outer handle as the tolerance of a latch and a rod in the rear outer handle base is inaccurate. To eliminate this concern, the length of the rod, which transfers the operating force of the outer handle, has been modified.

  When the power windows are operated many times without being fully closed, small errors of the window position sensor may accumulate and cause improper operation of the jam-safe function. To reduce the risk of this occurrence, the AUTO function is disabled if the power window is operated 10 consecutive times without being fully closed (turning the ignition OFF and then ON does not reset the counting). If the power window is fully closed before the 10th time, the counting restarts and the AUTO function is not deactivated.
