I bought my 2022 jeep grand wagoneer series 1 brand new in 2022. With less than 6000 miles on it i noticed the outer edges of the front tires were way more worn than the rest of the tread.... I scheduled an appointment for alignment and they said they "tweaked the alignment" and rotated the wheels. The issue was still there, heavy outside edge front tire wear. I took it back multiple times regarding this same issue, I even went to another dealership, the tires keep wearing heavy on the outside edge. Finally the original dealership put a new set of tires on it, but the issue still exists.... they havent fixed the abnormal tire wear issue and stellantis has yet to have a recall or a TSB on this to my knowledge. This issue needs addressed as it could lead to a catastrophic blow out if left unchecked. [XXX] is my VIN so you can look up the service records. Please let me know if this needs more information and what can be done about this. Thanks in advance INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

On four separate occasions on 10/13/26, the 2024 Jeep Grand Wagoneeer experienced sudden and complete vehicle systems shutdowns while being driven. Vehicle owner and two daughters were in the car. It was early morning (5:15am), and very dark. These incidents were not ordinary engine stalls. Suddenly and without warning the vehicle's engine shut down, all electrical power ceased, the dashboard, headlights, running lights and instrument displays went dark, and power-steering assistance was lost each time. Three of these four incidents occurred while the vehicle was traveling at approximately 15 mph, 30 mph, and 40 - 50 mph on surface streets. The worst and most dangerous incident occurred while owner was merging onto the freeway at approximately 55 mph. Because of the previous shutdowns, she had deliberately reduced speed and was traveling in the slow lane out of concern that the vehicle might fail again. Despite these precautions, the vehicle suddenly and completely shut down once more. In each of the four incidents, the owner was eventually able to restart the engine, but only after several attempts. The sudden and simultaneous loss of engine power, electrical systems, lights, instrumentation, and power-steering assistance while the vehicle was moving in the dark in traffic created an immediate and substantial risk of a serious or fatal collision. Following the fourth incident, the vehicle was towed to a Chrysler/Jeep dealer for investigation.
