IF YOU CONFIRM: The front Pre-Crash Seat Belt System suddenly cinches down the front seat belts (only belts that are buckled) for a few seconds and then releases them while moving forward in drive under the following conditions: * After the vehicle has been cold soaked overnight. And * After the vehicle has been placed in reverse and briefly backed and then placed in drive. And * During the first initial slow acceleration after being shifted into drive. And * No DTCs are set. And * The Brake Pedal Stroke Sensor signal is not between 1.0V and 1.3V. ACTION Adjust the Brake Pedal Stroke Sensor with service procedure starting on page 2. SERVICE INFORMATION The rear seat headphones have a "LEFT" channel and a "RIGHT" channel. The channel switch is on the headphone ear pad case. If a person is sitting on the left side (driver side) of the vehicle and their headphones are set to "RIGHT", the headphones may have static or intermittently operate (cut in and out). OR If a person is sitting on the right side (passenger of the vehicle and their headphones are set to "LEFT", the headphones may have static or intermittently operate (cut in and out). NOTE: If the headphones are set to the "correct channel" for the seating position, but still have static or do not operate, check the condition of the "AAA" headphone batteries located under the left side headphone cover. Do not replace the headphones for the above issues. See this bulletin for further detail.

SERVICE INFORMATION Intelligent Key (I-Key) systems on the Applied Vehicles use two (2) different Radio Frequencies (RF) that are similar to other wireless devices; 315 MHz and 433 MHz. In the event another wireless device (e.g. aftermarket alarm system) is transmitting at the same time as an I-Key, it can interfere with the I-Key signals being received by the BCM. If there is interference with I-Key signals, the following symptoms may occur: - The I-Key is not detected, causing: - The engine to not start (no response when the Stop/Start button is pressed) - "I-Key System Error" displayed in the instrument cluster - "No I-Key Detected" displayed in the instrument cluster - Intermittent operation of the buttons on the remote (Key FOB). - Intermittent operation of the door request switches. If a vehicle has experienced the above symptoms, or a customer has reported the above symptoms, refer to Supplemental Diagnosis / Information in this bulletin. See this bulletin for further detail.
