I was in a really bad accident nd went off n embankment. My chest hit the steering wheel md broke my sternum. My seatbelt also didn’t do it port by locking me in place and let me hit forward. Everyone at the scene. Could not believ the airbags didn’t deploy and the seatbelt didn’t help more. I am blessed and very fortunate to be alive!! Both doors on passenger side and driver side are hard to open . The damage where the car hit me was in the front.

- #11559190December 8, 2023TIRES
Good Year Adventure All terrain M&S LT 275/70R18 load range E DOT [XXX] these tires came on my brand new 2022 Ford F250 bought at a Ford dealership in Colorado Springs February 2023 I drove it off the lot with only 67 miles on it. The truck as been driven 99% of time on paved roads with a unpaved county road here an there. The problem I am having is with all four mounted tires on the truck I noticed at approximately 9,000 miles the tread was peeling/chunking looking very rough & wearing fast for being so new. On October 16, 2023 took truck into dealer where I bought it at with 9,556 miles after returning from my trip they agreed it was unusual looking passed it off for me to contact Good Year which they looked at and said same but not willing to do full replacement of tires. Ford will not replace tires under warranty because "wear is consistent with driving on gravel or unpaved roads" Is that not what all terrain tires are made for? With me driving so little on unpaved roads I really think there most be a problem with the tire compound in this set of tires. After moving truck parked on concrete there are shreds/little pieces of rubber off of the tires that cannot be normal. The tires were rotated as recommend at the dealership at 5,553 miles. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

My truck currently has 92,305 miles and are all highway miles. This truck is not used for towing outside of the weight rating. The issue is that there was a vibration when I reached speeds of 65mph and higher. The dealer states that the rear end has excessive back lash, excessive wear in the ring and pinion gears and metal shavings in the rear differential fluid. Ford's rear differential service recommendation is 100,000 miles which I have not reached. I'm now required to pay over $3200 in repairs for the carrier bearings, hub bearings, pinion bearings, seals and rings plus the transmission fluid. Based on my driving habits, I do not think this issue is something that I caused, I believe it to be a Ford issue which they deny. I have read many blogs online where other owners have this same issue and someone needs to look into it further.

All four tires LT275/70R18 on the vehicle are junking out separating with large pieces of rubber. That should not be happening with only 9,628 miles driven on the majority of highway miles with the vehicle only. The tires are original equipment to the Ford F250 purchased in February 2023. The vehicle was taken into the Ford dealership on 18 October 2023 dealers kicked it over to Goodyear manufacture called and had a tire inspection done at a local Goodyear dealer they agreed there was a problem with the tire but are not wanting to fully replace the tires.

Known mechanical design issue with the 10R140 transmission CDF drum where a bushing moves blocking / partially blocking fluid transfer ports. This causes transmission fluid overheating, clutch slippage, hard shifting, etc. This mechanical design issue poses a danger to the driver, passengers and other surrounding vehicles when this potential failure occurs.

Driving down a busy highway and my truck starts lurching and losing power and then just dies in the road. I had to wait a few minutes and the truck would start up. There were no warnings or lights initially. This happened three times. After the third time it would no longer start, and a solid check engine light appeared after the third time. The check engine light did not present itself the first two times. According to the dealer service department the fuel pump quit working. Based on the time of day, the traffic was horrific, and I was almost rear ended when the truck stopped in the middle of the road.

- #11538257August 13, 2023STEERING, FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: WARNINGS
Problem 1: The F250 has the Pro Trailer Backup option will electronic torque overlay steering. The truck wanders when going straight and the steering feels disconnected driving through curves. Both conditions occur at 45+ MPH. Truck alignment was checked three times. Each time alignment was in spec. No engine light or fault codes with electronic torque overlay steering. Truck is going in again to David McDavid in Fort Worth, TX on Aug. 21st for a deeper inspection. Problem 2: Pre collision warning appears randomly with no vehicles in front or sides. This happens at highway speeds. That said, the pre collision warning has worked at least twice when traffic abruptly stopped and I had to brake equally aggressive. Truck currently has 6,600 miles. Symptoms have been there since driven off the dealer lot new.

Brand new truck. Initial problem 6-8/2022: The truck would shut off after 15 minutes and then would not start for 45 minutes, I repeated this 4 times. Then while I was driving and turning around in a parking lot it actually stopped, everything went dead, no lights, key didn't have any affect, nothing, and then it started after 10-15 minutes. Dealer replaced the fuse box and I haven't had a problem until the other day. Current problem 7/2023: I was driving about 35 MPH and it just died, no power, no lights, no radio, nothing except interior lights. Tried numerous times to start it but nothing, no sound at all, dead. After about 8 minutes it started. Called numerous dealers and could not get the vehicle looked at for at least 6 weeks and they were skeptical they would be able to find anything unless it did it while at the dealer. The truck has 18,000 miles on it now so it is a very rare problem yet one that could cause a dangerous situation if it dies at the wrong time. I'm extremely concerned the truck could die while driving on the interstate, which I do frequently.
