The passenger side light has the outer-most vertical LED segment out (not lit up). This appears to be common on this model truck after researching.

issues with my 2025 f150 tremor when I applied my brakes firmly, really not that hard ( not hard enough to skid) my truck locked into park and I wasn’t even able to put it back into a gear with a flashing message! Couldn’t get it back into gear for about 30 sec to 60 sec until a message stopped flashing. Had this happened in traffic or on a freeway this could have been really bad especially in traffic. Very dangerous!

the instrument panel cluster flickered and flashed for months consistently after the recall repair was complete then failed just outside of bumper to bumper warranty. yes its available for inspection. When failure occurred the turn signals wipers and collision safety systems all stopped working simultaneously. The vehicle is at the dealer and has been confirmed. The component is still in the vehicle. no warning lamps symptoms have been present for the entire 1 year of ownership but became more predominate after recall software update.

The contact owns a 2022 Ford F-150. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V455000 (Fuel System, Gasoline); however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The contact stated that the vehicle was idling rough. The dealer was contacted and informed the contact that it was a common failure associated with the recall, but parts were not yet available for the repair. The contact was advised to keep the fuel tank more than half full and to not drive the vehicle in extremely hot weather. Additionally, the contact stated that while driving 55 MPH and hauling a loaded 12 ft. trailer in the desert, the check engine warning light illuminated, and the vehicle stalled. The contact was able to pull over to the side of the road. The vehicle was towed to the residence. The vehicle was then towed to a second dealer, Jones Ford Casa Grande (2425 E Florence Blvd Ste A, Casa Grande, AZ 85194), where it was diagnosed and determined that the fuel pump had failed and needed to be replaced at the owner's expense because parts for the recall repair was not yet available. The contact was informed that reimbursement would be provided once parts became available. The contact was waiting for the dealer to confirm whether the repair was covered under the extended warranty. The vehicle was not yet repaired. Additionally, the contact stated that the fuel economy rate failed to match the advertised rate. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was approximately 15,000.

The ac will quit on long trips and if I have fogged windows the windshield will not defog. This has happened on several occasions. Ford knows about this and has sent out a technical software update but wants customers to pay for this tps 242212.. On some vehicles the sensor is on the wrong place and ford has the mechanic to put a spacer in there. This cost $2000-$3000. Ford should take ownership and pay for the fixes. The coil is freezing up because the system is getting faulty information from the computer.

I was involved a car accident with two other co-workers (USDA-NRCS) on the job in our government issued F-150 by Ford. As were sitting still waiting to make a left turn, we were rear-ended by a 1990 Dodge van on 5/31/2023. During the impact my headrest deployed which led to me having three surgeries( ACDF procedure on C3-C5, right shoulder surgery, deviated septum) surgery and having to put in my disability retirement application in this summer since I haven't worked in three years. I want a recall on the headrest deploying in the 2022 F-150.

My check engine light has been on for a few months, I called Sioux Falls Ford to ask about it and they told me it's a minimum $200 out of pocket to even look at it. I asked what would happen if the check engine alert had to do with the active recall that is almost a year old that Ford has made no progress to fix, and they said I could file for reimbursement if they deemed the engine warning had to do with the recall. I took my truck to another garage and they found that the check engine light was indeed caused by the fuel pump running at 52psi - the recommended is 51-85psi for my truck. They said the new part would be in the following week to fix it for $1200. When I relayed all of this information to Ford National they told me they weren't able to help me and they were still investigating. They told me that they also weren't responsible for damage to my truck as my powertrain warranty expires next month. They refused to help in any way or offer a timeline of when I could expect a fix. Ford has left me stuck with no options to prevent a potential crash if this faulty piece makes my truck stall on a highway - I can either pay $1200+ for a part from another garage they are legally supposed to fix, or continue to drive a potentially unsafe vehicle based on Ford's negligence. Sioux Falls Ford and Ford National, based on a year timeline with several calls and text chats with both, are refusing to comply with their legal responsibility to remedy this safety recall.

Hello, My range should be 320 mph on my F150 lightning. It is 226 fully charged was lower the last charge. This effects safety, time and money wheh traveling. I took it to the dealer and they said that there is nothing they can do. That I should run the range down to zero miles and that should reset the range. That didnt work. I have had several propulsion proplems. So many that I won a Lemon law suit. According to the NHTSA the range loss is tied to the systematic battery or drivetrain defect and ford refuses to honor my warranty and my extended warranty or address a potiential safety hazzard.

My complaint is for an issue that currently has a manufacturer recall as well as a NHTSA recall since Dec. 22, 2023. Manufacturer Recall Number - 23S65 NHTSA Recall Number - 23V896 My right rear axle bolt broke off 2 years ago and I took it to the dealer for repair. At that time they took pictures and the vehicle information to start a claim. They told me they needed to order the parts and would contact me when they received them. As of the date of this complaint the dealer tells me they still do not have parts to resolve this recall. I filed a complaint with the manufacturer and they told me parts should be available by the 3rd quarter of this year (2026) If, that were to happen ? It will be 3 years from the time I was notified of the recall to finally resolving the issue. This is unacceptable for a safety issue to take that long to be resolved and the only excuse is that there are no parts available. I use my vehicle daily for work/income and also for personal use towing a heavy trailer. I cannot believe that a potential accident causing injury or death can possibly occur from a known safety issue to continue because the manufacturer can't get parts. Please look into this matter before someone gets seriously injured or killed. I have been very patient but anyone put in this situation would be very frustrated. Please help me to get my vehicle repaired.

VIN # [XXX] Ford Customer Service Current Case Number: [XXX] Integrated Trailer Module Failure after recall completion. NHTSA Campaign ID Recall # 26C10 was completed at Coconut Point Ford in Florida on 3/26/2026. This recall identified that when towing a trailer, the integrated Trailer Module may lose communication with the trailer possibly causing a loss of brake and turn signal lights or a loss of brake function. On [XXX] in the middle of a seriously steep and dangerous decent, the system reported that the trailer was disconnected from the truck causing, loss of trailer brake control which in turn cause a reliance on the truck. The antilock brake system failed moments later. I had to literally stand on the brakes to slow down to keep from going over the side of the mountain. At the end of the dirt road where it Ts onto the highway we could not stop. We travel with a 23 foot 2019 Vintage Cruiser manufactured by Gulf Stream. That weighs approximately 5200 lbs empty; I have a Cat Scale reading of 4840 pounds from a 12/6/24 weight with my previous truck. We do not travel with any water in our Black, Grey or Fresh Water tanks so even fully loaded we are still well within specs for this trucks towing capacity. The brake control on the truck was set to 5. Faricy Boys Ford in Canon City Colorado, verified that a recall had been completed and worked on the truck for 3 full days, testing many things including tailgate malfunctions and miscellaneous electrical systems trying to replicate the problem, no dealer has been able to replicate the problem. They finally replaced all the brakes and rotors as well as flushing the brake system. I respectfully requested that Ford Motor Company assign the review of this case to a regional Customer Service Manager / Engineer to review the complete repair history of this vehicle, via registered mail. We haven heard anything yet. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

The contact owns a 2022 Ford F-150. The contact stated that the rear axle hub bolt had fractured on three separate occasions while driving. The contact stated that there was an abnormal rattling sound coming from the rear hubcap, followed by a rear-end fluid leak prior to each failure. Several unknown warning lights were illuminated. The dealer replaced the driver’s and passenger’s side rear axles under warranty twice. Following the most recent failure, the owner received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 23V896000 (Power Train); but was informed that parts for the repair were on back order. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and provided a case number. The contact attempted to notify the manufacturer several times via phone and email, but received no response. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 26,095.

- #11745953June 23, 2026FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL, LANE DEPARTURE: ASSIST
Adaptive cruise control applies brakes at varied levels from light to full stop when passing vehicles on the left in an open highway setting when no vehicle is present ahead. Speed range is approx 65-75mph. Other conditions are Interstate highway open road, sunny to partly cloudy, and problem occurs when passing and a longer vehicle (CL8 or other vehicle with trailer is present on the right), no other unusual or notable conditions can be remembered at this time. Other vehicles following in trail were often surprised and required immediate throttle engagement to prevent collision from following vehicles. Not all unexpected brake events produced a warning, however it appears that full brake events a pre-collision warning did appear. 3 attempts were made but dealer was not able (authorized by OEM) to perform extended drive cycles. On 4th attempt claim was stored code was found and multiple components were replaced. However, problem reoccurred in a subsequent highway trip, and there was a clear degradation of the LKA accuracy, as the LKA would no longer keep lane center and would not correct of provide departure warning until on top of after crossing lane line markings. Additionally "hands on wheel" warning would appear even though hands were on the steering wheel at the time. The vehicle is now at the dealer for the 5th attempt at diagnosis and repair. The dealer and OEM claim that installing a data logger is not possible, which I find difficult to agree with as there are clear parameters to measure and tripper a recorded event.

The problem and or issue on my 2021 Ford F150 is the Day Running light on the Upper Passenger side went out and does not work anymore. I reported it to the Dealer. I believe it to be a safety issue if all Day Running lights are not fully operational. This happened with about 66,026 miles on my vehicle.

Today 6/18/2026 I was stopped at a stoplight and the engine cut off as if often does and when the light changed and I stepped on the gas instead of restarting the car went into park and remained off until I restarted the truck. This is similar to the safety issue built into the truck if stopped and the front door is opened the truck automatically goes into park. This is the second time it has happened in the past year- the truck being stopped at a light and the engine stops running and when I step on the gas instead of restarting it has gone into park.
