I was stopped behind a car inside of a parking lot about 15 feet behind it and all of a sudden my engine rev up, accelerated unexpectedly, and the truck surged forward. I immediately put the brakes to the floorboard to try to stop the vehicle but it continued to lunge forward. I looked down for a split second and saw that my foot was completely on the break pedal to the floorboard. I that instant i tried to put it in neutral and I ended up putting it in park. Even though I try to stop, I ended up, hitting the car in front of me My truck is at the cerritos california ford dealership. I reported it to Ford customer service with the same information about how it happened as above There were no warning lamps Immediately after the accident happened within four hours, i drove my truck to the dealership after consulting with my insurance company and Ford customer service Ford customer service stated they wanted the truck at the dealership right away before any bodywork or repairs be completed from an outside collision center so they can inspect it

Purchased vehicle w/ roughly 5000miles in 2021 from Ford Dealer. All stock items and factory tires. At roughly 50,000 during state inspection, it was found that the front passenger brake line was chafing on tire and was deemed unsafe by the Ford dealership. No prior work or modifications was done in this area. Research indicates that this is happening to other Ford F150s

It happened several times already. My F150 Tremor randomly has extremely loud electrical sound POP through the speakers followed by the loud static, no matter I listen to radio or connect to android studio. It's super dangerous to hear this while driving.

The display becomes unresponsive randomly and driver cannot use camera to reverse the vehicle until vehicle is completed turned off, locked and unlock it and start again. This creates a safety hazard in the middle of reversing vehicle and also creates a confusion while using navigation.

In cold temperatures the vacuum system that keeps 4x4 disengaged seems to be failing. There is a loud grinding noise with vibrations when driving any speed. It will go away after you engage 4 wheel drive. I feel this is unsafe and worry with winter coming soon the hubs may lock up causing a head on collision or cause vehicle to go in the ditch. I’ve had this issue since I first bought the pickup brand new in late October of 2023. In above freezing temperatures the grinding and vibration does not happen. No light warning indications when this will happen either. I have called the dealer and made a case number, they say engineering is looking into it. They tried replacing the IWEs and it didn’t make a difference. I’ve done a lot of research online and many people all over in colder climates are experiencing the same thing.

- #11610114August 22, 2024EXTERIOR LIGHTING
In June of this year while traveling on the highway at speeds between 65-70 mph my drivers side tail light flew out of my vehicle. There was enough force to rip the wiring right out and send the entire light flying which could have caused risk to any vehicle behind me, it also left me to drive without a tail light/blinker which is a safety issue. I did not see, feel, or hear anything, and only noticed it was gone when I arrived home that night. It was replaced through a body shop. In August while driving on the highway again in similar conditions I saw something red in my rear view mirror that seemed to come flying from the bed of my truck. I saw it fly away and bounce down the highway, luckily not hitting a vehicle behind me, but it did create an obstruction in the road. I wasn't sure what it was at first, so I went to pull over, put my right side blinker on, and it flashed quickly indicating my light was out. I immediately knew, because of my previous experience, that the other tail light had flown out of my vehicle. This time the electrical wires were not ripped out, but the screws holding the light in are sheared. I am again left with a vehicle that is unsafe to drive as it is missing a light and a blinker, until the body shop can get the part in and replace it. I have a bumper to bumper Ford warranty and was told by multiple dealers that Ford would not be willing to cover this issue, even though it's the second time this has happened, and the warranty states that lights are covered.

Rear axle seal busted because the rear axle hub bolt broke. Dealer indicated this cause the axle boot to bust allowing water into the differential. Dealer stated parts for recall aren't available and/or are on national back order. Ford estimates a fix will be in place 1st quarter 2025. So I am out of a vehicle until this time. Ford refuses to cover a rental.

The vents stop pushing air, regardless of setting, so windshield defroster does not work to clear the windshield of fog. Happens while driving and no adjustments to climate control change airflow unless I turn the car off and back on. Occurs infrequently and without clear cause. Dealership failed to reproduce the problem when I took it in.

While driving A/C unit will slowly stop blowing cold air. It is very random when this happens and the vehicle has to sit a for a while before it starts working again. Vehicle was purchase in August 2023 and the issue did not start until about 2 months ago and has now happened 4 times. First time I drover for hours before it happened, this last time I was only driving for 20 minutes. I think this is related to the Ford TBS 22-2089. I am just over the 36,000 mile Warranty, but under the 3 year Ford Warranty, so I will probably have to pay for this out of pocket. This should be a recall for affected vehicles as this is a very expensive fix to have on a 2 year old truck that was no fault of the owners.
