Summary2025 F-150/Bronco Sport/Maverick vehicles are no longer equipped with illumination around the universal serial bus (USB) ports within the media hub located in the instrument panel and/or forward section of the floor console. The lack of illumination around the USB ports is not a defect or fault and the replacement of any parts is not a warrantable repair. Confirm media hub operation by plugging a device into the USB port and confirm it connects to the vehicles entertainment system and charges the device. The media hub provides increased charging compared to prior model years. Do not submit a claim for this condition.

SummarySome 2026 F-150 vehicles equipped with a 3.5L EcoBoost engine and 2025-2026 F-150 Raptor vehicles equipped with a 5.2L or 3.5L engine may exhibit a lack of power while in transport mode and up to 1 hour after exiting transport mode. This may be due to these vehicles having a feature to limit power and top speed in transport mode. This feature automatically disables after exiting transport mode, waiting 1 hour, then cycling the ignition status to key OFF for at least 10 seconds and then starting the vehicle. Top speed may be limited to as low as 40 mph (65 km/h) and maximum acceleration is reduced. This condition does not affect vehicle durability and no additional diagnostics or service is required for this condition. If this condition persists after exiting transport mode, waiting 1 hour and cycling the ignition, refer to the Workshop Manual for normal diagnostics.

SummaryThis article supersedes TSB 25-2513 to update the service procedure and add 2025 affected vehicles. Some vehicles in the Model section above may exhibit an intermittent grinding/hum/rumble noise from the front wheel area while in 2WD that goes away when the vehicle is put into 4WD. These vehicles will also have no diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) stored in the transfer case control module (TCCM). This may be due to incomplete disengagement of the integrated wheel end (IWE) actuator assemblies. To confirm a vehicle is built with a certain minor feature code, review the build information by double-clicking the vehicle identification number (VIN) in the upper left corner in the Professional Technician System (PTS). Additional Model Information: equipped with an ESOF transfer case (minor feature code FMLAS)

This may be due to PCM software and/or axial movement of the CDF clutch cylinder (7H351) sleeve causing hydraulic circuit leaks. NOTE: If internal transmission service is required to address a concern detected with the CDF clutch cylinder following this article, technicians should carefully inspect and replace other transmission components and flush transmission fluid cooler only as necessary to confirm proper function. Add a new line to the repair order to document any additional repairs
