SummarySome 2024-2026 Nautilus, 2025-2026 Explorer/Aviator and 2025 Expedition/Navigator vehicles may exhibit a concern where during an inbound phone call using CarPlay®, the person in the vehicle cannot be heard. This may be due to the software in the accessory protocol interface module (APIM). Replacement or reprogramming of the APIM will not resolve this condition. Inform customers that engineering is currently working on a software solution for this condition and will be released via a software update delivered over-the-air (OTA) expected by April 2026. The software will update automatically if vehicle connectivity is enabled in the vehicle settings. Schedule a service visit for customers who have disabled vehicle connectivity or who report that they did not receive the update by May 2026. SummarySome 2025-2026 Expedition vehicles may exhibit a left turn signal that activates after the right turn signal is activated and the steering wheel is turned to the right, then immediately back to the left (past the center position). The left turn signal will deactivate once the steering wheel returns to center. This may be due to the multifunction switch. Replacing components will not resolve this issue. Inform the customer that Ford is aware of the concern and engineering is currently working on a solution for this condition that is expected to be announced by March 2026. This concern does not affect vehicle durability and the customer can continue to drive the vehicle. Monitor Professional Technician System (PTS) for additional information and schedule a service appointment for the customer once the repair becomes available.

SummarySome 2025 Expedition/Navigator vehicles built on or before 06-Oct-2025 may exhibit a rear "Liftgate And Tailgate Ajar" message in the instrument panel cluster (IPC) at all times and/or an inoperative power liftgate or tailgate. This may be due to a pinched harness under the 3rd row left-hand seat belt retractor bracket. Inspect the left-hand seat belt retractor bracket prior to starting tailgate and liftgate ajar diagnostics. If a harness pinch is identified, repair as necessary using the wiring and connector repair procedures contained in Cell 005 of the Wiring Diagram. SummarySome 2025 Expedition/Navigator vehicles equipped with 24-inch wheels from the factory may experience vibrations felt at highway speeds that have been isolated to the wheel/tire assemblies. This may be due to tire flat-spotting. Dealers should refer to Pinpoint Test G located in the Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 204-04A, for help with diagnosing this condition. If Pinpoint Test results conclude that any tires require replacement, replace all four tires on the vehicle with the new factory tire design. The new factory tire design can be identified as Goodyear part number 102224387 / Department of Transportation (DOT) alphanumeric code 1M69B JA3R (this can be found on the tire's sidewall). If the vehicle is already equipped with the new tire design, only replace individual tires as needed. To order the new tire on the Tire Sales Tool website, click on the Search By: Part Number link, located under the Find button > in the Part # field, enter 102224387 > in the Prefix field, Select 9001 / Goodyear / Cooper / Dunlop / Kelly. Summary2025 Expedition (Active/Tremor/Platinum)/Navigator vehicles have a feature which allows the key fob splitgate button to open only the liftgate when pressed. Some vehicles may exhibit both the liftgate and tailgate opening (following a key fob button press) after the vehicle has been off for a minimum of 5 minutes regardless of feature setting. The system will work correctly when the vehicle has not been asleep for longer than 5 minutes or if the vehicle is powered on. This may be due to the software in the rear gate trunk module (RGTM) and accessory protocol interface module (APIM). Replacing components will not resolve this issue. Inform customers that engineering is currently working on a solution for this condition and will be released via a software update delivered over-the-air (OTA) expected by the end of Q1 2026. The software will update automatically if vehicle connectivity is enabled in the vehicle settings. Schedule a service visit for customers who have disabled vehicle connectivity or who report that they did not receive the update by April 2026. Monitor Professional Technician System (PTS)

SummarySome 2020-2025 various Ford and Lincoln vehicles equipped with blind spot information system (BLIS) may experience an inoperative blind spot monitoring with a "Blind Spot System Fault" message displayed in the instrument panel cluster (IPC). This may also be accompanied by diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) B118C:11 and/or B118C:15 stored in the driver door module (DDM), and/or B118D:11 and/or B118D:15 stored in the passenger door module (PDM). This may be due to the wiring connector from the mirror to the BLIS module. If diagnostics lead to an internal mirror wiring harness fault, a new lower level BLIS light pigtail is now released for service. It is not necessary to replace the exterior mirror assembly. Use part number SC3Z-14A411-B to resolve the concern.
