SummarySome 2021 Bronco vehicles built on or before 14-Sep-2021 may experience a loss of power when driving with various illuminated warning indicators displayed in the instrument panel cluster (IPC). This may be due to an improper seating of the wiring harness push pins to the driveshaft loop which can cause an interference condition between the rear driveshaft and the 14405 harness near the C2370/C350 connector. If suspected, inspect the harness and connector for damage and repair as necessary. Once inspected and/or repaired fully, seat the harness push pins to the driveshaft loop.

SummarySome 2019-2021 Ranger vehicles built on or before 09-Aug-2021 and 2021 Bronco vehicles may experience a loss of power when driving in freezing temperatures with an illuminated malfunction indication lamp (MIL) and/or powertrain malfunction indicator (wrench) lamp with diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) P2111, P2112, and/or P2119. This may be due to water or ice buildup in the intake manifold behind the throttle body. If suspected, remove the throttle body and inspect for the presence of water or ice in the base of the intake manifold. If water or ice is found, replace the intake manifold with part number KB3Z-9424-B and crankcase vent oil separator hose, part number LB5Z-6A664-D. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM) Sections 303-01 and 303-08. For claiming, use causal part number 9424 and applicable labor times from Section 09 of the Service Labor Times Standard (SLTS) Manual.

SummarySome 2021 Bronco, Edge and Nautilus customers may be unable to authorize the FordPass/LincolnWay app and the Enable Connected Services prompt is not showing in the SYNC screen with no diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) present in the telematics control unit (TCU) or the gateway module A (GWM). Before any repair attempts, try to authorize the vehicle via FordPass/LincolnWay app in order to verify the customer concern is still present. If the concern is present, make sure the GWM is at the latest software level, and then make sure the TCU is at the latest software level. If no software updates are available, remove the TCU and GWM fuses to reset the modules. Make sure the customer is able to authorize the vehicle from FordPass/LincolnWay to confirm the repair. If the concern is still present, follow normal diagnostics in Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 415-00.

This routine cycles the shift solenoids and clutch control valves to remove contamination that may be sticking the valves and must be performed along with an adaptive drive cycle before attempting internal service. Although this routine was developed for low mileage vehicles, its usage is being expanded for various symptoms across the life of the vehicle.For claiming, use causal part 7A100 and applicable labor operations in Section 7 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual.

As a resolution, the front sensors must be turned off by performing the following from the touchscreen; 1. Press Features on the touchscreen. 2. Press Driver Assistance > Park Aid Sensors > Front On, Rear On. 3. Front Sensors (Always) Off > Park Aid Sensors > Front Sensors (Always). Note: trying to adjust the location of the sensor will not resolve this concern. If the front sensors do not stay off after each key cycle monitor OASIS for additional information and schedule a service appointment with the customer once the repair becomes available.

This may be due to a loose and/or improperly seated connector C210. If the vehicle exhibits the above conditions, access and inspect connector C210 for proper attachment and/or damage and repair as necessary. To access the connector, remove the right side lower cowl side panel (follow Workshop Manual, (WSM) Section 415-00 > Removal and Installation > A-Pillar Speaker, Steps 9-10) and the glove compartment (follow WSM Section 501-12 > Removal and Installation > Glove Compartment). If this fault persists, refer to WSM Section 418-00A and continue with normal diagnostics.

In addition, if the vehicle is equipped with the optional factory roof rails and crossbars this may further degrade the reception. Removing the roof rails and crossbars may improve reception performance. Monitor OASIS for additional information and schedule a service appointment with the customer once the repair becomes available.
