  LATCH, Sliding Door (Right / Left) For any RU vehicle with presence of a B2500 fault code (active / stored / pending), please refer to the following steps: 1. Please verify proper functionality of both sliding doors (power or manual) through all inputs (overhead console, key fob, handle grab). 2. If sliding doors operate as expected, do NOT replace sliding door latch(es). 3. If service is required, and your Dealership is located in the Detroit Metro Area please contact FCA Redacted Content, prior to replacing any sliding door latch(es). If no response in 15 minutes, proceed with repair. 4. If possible, please provide any / all information in the repair order narrative regarding status of sliding door function (i.e, door only works manually, won't open via key fob, etc.). This includes all customer feedback as well (what exactly brought the customer into the dealer).

  Flash: Powertrain Control Module (PCM) Updates This bulletin involves reprogramming the PCM with the latest available software. Customers may experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination. Upon further investigation the technician may find one or more of the following DTCs.P0A2D-00 - Drive Motor ?A? Temperature Sensor ?A? Circuit High. P0A33-00 - Drive Motor B Temperature Sensor 1 Circuit High. Technicians and/or customers may report the vehicle will not pass a state smog check due to permanent fault codes which will not clear. As a result, the vehicles are not eligible to be registered in certain states.This software release includes the following software enhancement:Corrections to allow the vehicle to clear the permanent fault codes. Three modules are required to be flashed for this update to be effective, the following modules are all to be updated along with this PCM update:Electronic Brake Booster Module (EBBM). Hybrid Control Processor (HCP) and Auxiliary Hybrid Control Processor (AHCP) or also known as Power Inverter Module (PIM).

  Flash: Hybrid Control Processor (HCP) and Auxiliary Hybrid Control Processor (AHCP) Updates This bulletin involves reprogramming the HCP and AHCP or also known as Power Inverter Module (PIM) with the latest available software. Technicians and/or customers may report the vehicle will not pass a state smog check due to permanent fault codes which will not clear. As a result, the vehicles are not eligible to be registered in certain states. Customers may also experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination. Upon further investigation, the technician may find one or more of the following Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) have been set: P1AF8-00 - MCPA Control Module Shutdown Performance. P1AFE-00 - MCPB Improper Shut Down.P1AF8-00&P1AFE-00 will now be set as a 1 trip failure instead of a 2 trip failure. P07B5-00 - Park Pawl Position Sensor 1 Circuit Performance. P177C-00 - Park Lock-Pawl Actuator Motor Current Sensor Performance. P0A46-00 - Drive Motor B Position Sensor 1 Circuit Range-Performance. P0A40-00 - Drive Motor A Position Sensor 1 Circuit Range-Performance. This software release includes the following software enhancement:12V battery overcharged prevention. Corrected fuel consumption counter while in charge depleting. Corrections to allow the vehicle to clear the permanent fault codes. Three modules are required to be flashed for this update to be effective, the following modules are all to be updated along with this HCP and AHCP update:Electronic Brake Booster Module (EBBM) Powertrain Control Module (PCM)

  Oil Filter If a Mopar Oil Filter is not available, use a filter that meets or exceeds USCAR36 specification and is compatible with semi and full synthetic oils. Recommended Brands: Wix, Purolator, and NapaGold For concerns of V8 oil filter leaks on 22MY and up vehicles: 1. Clean the area and use oil dye to know the exact location of the leak with black/UV light. 2. Removal torque (force needed to loosen the filter) 3. If the source of the leak cannot be identified, please contact FCA Redacted Content to FasTrak parts back for analysis. If no response in 15 minutes, proceed with repair and email pictures of the following: A) Oil filter from the bottom to know if it has a "Factory Installed" filter. B) Leak. C) Damage in filter (if any) D) Gasket. E) Block or Oil Filter Adapter(OFA) or Engine Oil Cooler(EOC) sealing surface.
