On my way to work all the lights on my dashboard lights on and immediately goes off and my passenger side front window lets down. After work I went to the ABC store to get a bottle of liquor and turned my car off on [XXX] and turned my car off came out the store and had yo reach through my driver side window to open my car because my key not touching the door handle would work. I let the back seat down and pulled the emergency trunk lock and took my ratchet to check my battery since no lights was on in my car and the upon touching the battery the panic horn sounded and all my lights came on yet upon cracking my car the air conditioner blew hot air and the temperature controlled didn’t work and read on low yet blowing hot air and my stereo system is not functioning properly. Upon arriving home and turning the car off I later went outside to crank it again and had to follow the same steps as I had the first time at the ABC store and received the same result. My engine light came on a couple weeks ago and upon scanning my car read replace gas cap and evaporator system which I have done and the problem still exist with my engine light being on yet until today my car was running well in spite of the engine light being on. Months ago I took my car to Voyles Chrysler dealership because all my lights on the dash came on and said something similar to service immediately and they ran a computer scan and informed me that there wasn’t anything wrong. Yet today had proved something is going on with my electrical system INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

about 2 years old, I was with my family driving on the freeway when I felt the car veering to the right going off the road. I tried to correct the steering by pulling it to the left. I was not able to correct this steering as it seemed that the steering wheel was lock. I tried stopping the car from going off the road but the brake pedal was very hard to push. It seemed like the car had lose all power. The car went down the hill off the freeway and hit a huge road sign. I was doing 55 to 60 miles per hour and very mush alert. The car finally came to a stop in the middle of the frontage road. We started to push the car and it was hard to push so I attempted to start the car and to my surprise, it started. So I drove it to a safe place and called the police to make a report and the towing service. The damage on the front end of the was over $3,000. This was the first incident. The second incident happen July 2, 2026.My wife and I were traveling on a road with two lanes. It was about 4:30 PM and traffic medium. Suddenly I felt the steering wheel pulling hard to the left going to the left lane. I immediately turned the steering wheel to the right. I felt the steering wheel was very hard to turn the steering to the right. I pulled off the road to check of any problems. The car never shut off and I was able to drive home. I have driven the car several time since the last incident but I on always wary of the same happening again. I did contact the Chrysler dealer the first this happen and They stated that there had been no one reporting of any similar incident.

There is a recall on my car. I’ve scheduled an appointment, but they will not provide me with a loaner. I have two jobs and I need a car and I can’t afford to pay for a a rental that’s why I work two jobs so I’d like to know what I’m supposed to do. My tags are due at the end of this month, which I’ve already paid for it, but I cannot receive them because of this recall so I need action.. i’ve tried to schedule appointment twice and they tell me that I need to call Chrysler which that’s who I’m calling and try to make arrangements for a loaner. This isn’t my mistake. It isn’t my problem. This is their problem. They need to provide me with a vehicle you’re not gonna take my car for three days when I have two jobs and no vehicle

Safety Recall 19B/NHTSA 24V-198/SABIC Inflator. Two (2) recall notices have been received (March 2024 and May 2025). A local Chicago area dealership, Tyson Chrysler, advises that replacement parts have not been received for the 2019 model vehicles, but have been received for model years 2020 and 2021. As a result, the potential danger associated with possible rupture of the SABIC Inflator Curtains in my 2019 Chrysler 300S continues to exist, and may lead to catastrophic failure and personal injury as the vehicle repair remains unresolved.

Unknown. The car shut off while driving. Flashing a code put in park and the D on the shifter knob was flashing. Vehicle wouldn't start for about 30 minutes. It was making a loud noise while trying to restart. Then it ran like normal after that. We are not shure but we think the fuel gage and low fuel light are not working properly. We put a few gallons of fuel in it and it started normally with no no loud noise.
