While towing our camper, the trailer brakes constantly turn off and on. The camper dealer already checked over the camper wiring, and hooked it to Ford and Ram tow vehicles and could not replicate the problem. The problem is obviously with my Silverado. For the additional details below; - The approximate date is Anytime and Everytime we tow the camper. - There could be a crash anytime the trailer brakes turn off. - A crash due to no trailer brakes Could cause a fire. - An injury or fatality would be highly likely if the trailer brakes "disconnect" at the wrong time causing a crash, with or without fire. - There would most certainly be a police report if any of the above happened.

- #11666161June 10, 2025TIRES, TIRES:SIDEWALL, TIRES:TREAD/BELT
I bought tires from Walmart.com website in July 15 2023 and had them installed on a 2005 Chevrolet 2500 HD pickup. This was at the Walmart Laramie store. Between that time and Fall of 2024 one of the tires had a flat and Walmart Laramie, Wy replaced it. On October 7 2024 going to Riverton, Wy. the right rear passenger tire had a blow out. This was on I-80 going west towards Rawlins. It scared the beejeezus out of my young grandchildren. Four hours later, it was replaced with the spare (I did not have a jack in the vehicle and called a tow company). I took the tire to Walmart Riverton and they told me in the tire center that the tire was too badly damaged. They wondered where I had bought the tires. I told them in Laramie at Walmart. They looked me up online and found the tires. They told me they could not replace the tire although it was under warranty. The problem was that they are car tires and not light truck tires!!! They told me to call up Laramie Walmart and the tire manager would take care of me. I went home and did so. Jackson the tire manager said he wasn't going to replace them and that it was all my fault and that I forced them to put those tires on! He lied to me about what happened with the tires and them installing them. I went back to Riverton Walmart and again talked to the tire manager (Tyrone). He said that he would talk to the store Manager and they would make it right. He said he would order the correct ones, install them and then charge the Laramie store. I'm not driving the vehicle anywhere. What can I do about it? I know nothing about tires and have never been a tire company employee. This has been going on for months. Last week the Riverton store said they could mount and balance tires for free but I would have to seek a refund from the Laramie store to reimburse me after I buy new tires for $1200. I live on Social Security of $1229 a month!! 2 of 4 tires have failed and I don't have anywhere near the 60,000 miles warranty Can you help us?

I am 6'2" tall. The shoulder straps on both the drivers and passenger side do not adjust up far enough to protect me in the event of a crash. The straps slip down below my shoulder. This is due to the fact that the WT model does not have power seats, so I am unable to lower my seating position to a safe level. If the seat could be lowered, the shoulder straps would sit properly above my shoulder. In the event of a crash the shoulder strap will be totally useless.

The rear brakes of the vehicle are locking up while driving. The truck is a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Crew Cab and 2020-2022 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 are listed as included in the recall per the NHTSA Campaign # 24V797000 recall. When searching the VIN number of our vehicle, [XXX] , it states that it is not included in the recall and has no unrepaired recalls. Our vehicle is experiencing the issue as outlined in the recall notice but is not currently included in the recall when it should be. - #11665471June 7, 2025ENGINE, STEERING, AIR BAGS
I was on my way home from work on [XXX] coming around the lakes with no median or shoulder when the engine in my 2021 Silverado started rattling, temperature gauge started going up, and losing power. Within a matter of minutes my truck shut off leaving me stranded in the middle of a four lane highway with no safe location to stop. The engine wouldn’t even turn over to try and crank back up so I could get the truck out of the road. After help getting my truck to a safe location I noticed oil and antifreeze leaking out of the bottom side of the engine. This truck was at Love Chevrolet for engine failure on 8/14/24 and was told it was fixed and was never told about ongoing issues with this particular 6.2 engine. I found out a few weeks ago while trying to trade my truck in to Jim Browne Chevrolet dealer that my particular truck the 2021 Chevrolet Silverado High Country with the 6.2 engine had known issue with the engine locking up and was afraid to take my truck in on trade due to his service manger going through this same experience. So I paid top dollar for a high end Chevrolet truck to be stuck with not being able to trade it and now not being able to drive it. I called the dealer and was told that my trucks vin number was not part of the recall for this issue but there are trucks that are the same year, model, and engine type that are covered under this recall. I’m now stuck making a 850 a month payment on a 58000 dollar truck that I can’t drive and can’t afford to replace an engine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
