Summary?ANTENNA - A technical problem has occurred. Please contact your Audi dealer" is displayed in the driver information panel when in the SiriusXM band. Audio from the satellite radio is present. DTC 02617 (Satellite antenna) is stored in the radio (address word 56) with fault code 11 (Open circuit). Visually, the MMI and MIB antennas are the same, but each antenna draws a different amount of current. For this reason, if an MIB antenna has been installed on a vehicle with an MMI radio, it causes an open circuit DTC. The open circuit DTC will be set on an MMI radio if the current draw from the antenna falls below 60mA . A MIB antenna draws 55mA (+/- 10mA) 4G0-035-503-K. A MMI antenna draws 110mA (+/- 10mA) 4G0-035-503-J.

The customer may misunderstand the programming procedure, particularly if the customer?s HomeLink® opener system is using an alternate code. The handheld transmitter?s programming function may become inoperative, or the transmitter is too far away from J530. Interference prevents the communication between handheld transmitter and J530. Interference prevents the communication between handheld transmitter and J530. If the vehicle flashes during the programming of a handheld transmitter, this does not necessarily indicate that the programming was successful; it only indicates that the vehicle has recognized and saved a signal.

SummarySupersedes Technical Service Bulletin Group 61 number 13-21 dated September 3, 2013. Convertible top exterior cloth appears soiled. The convertible top is made of durable fabric that has been treated at the factory with a compound that helps repel dirt and water. With proper care, the cloth will retain its function and proper appearance for a long time. It is normal, however, for the fabric to slightly change color as it ages. This is particularly true of lighter-color tops. The cloth tension changes when the top is opened, which can cause kinks. When the top is closed, the kinks improve after a short time. However, these material-related kinks can never be completely avoided. In addition, dirt and dust can deposit in the kinks. If these dirt and dust deposits are not properly removed in a car wash, they can contribute to poor appearance.
