  Radio Over The Air Uconnect R1L Radio Software Update to R160 Customers may experience one or more of the following: ? Media source changes to AM after the theme mode is changed (ex. headlights on - dark mode). ? Audio cuts out at volume levels 30 or above. ? System switches to Wireless after key cycle, profile change, or theme mode change. ? Wireless phone interface freezes after user accepts incoming call when in a conference call. ? Wi-Fi Hotspot gets disabled automatically when turning the vehicle ignition off for a long period. ? Loss of SXM/AM/FM presets. ? Blank Screen when Home Screen Loading. (rear view camera operation not affected). ? Radio Reboot. This bulletin provides information regarding the latest Firmware Over The Air (FOTA) update and provides the service technician an overview of the steps a customer will need to take to complete the update. The radio software will be updated from 136.10.04, 139.01.53 and 145.00.15 to R160. NOTE: The national launch for the FOTA is expected to begin April 18, 2023.

  Power Window 1 Gang Before Replacing the Switch, please verify the following: 1- Check the switch internal resistance to verify the values are within specification stated in the service procedures. 2- Swap the switch with the issue with the other side. This switch is used in both rear doors. If after the swap the issue is now present at the other door and the original door position no longer has the issue, replace the switch.

Display shows a black screen on start up (rear view camera still operable). ? SXMT presets are lost for all profiles. ? SXMT has no volume and stuck on channel. ? Radio does not allow BUS to go to sleep. ? AndroidT auto not connecting on vehicle start up. ? When radio is in light theme mode and in audio Balance/Fade menu, it is hard to see the position icon.
