Engine Crankshaft Inspection *****Dealer Announcement***** Nissan is conducting a quality action on 186 specific MY 2019 Frontier and 83 NV vehicles identified in Service Comm, to remove and inspect the engine crankshaft counterweight surface for an impact mark. Affected vehicles are subject to stop sale and are either currently in dealer inventory or assigned and in transit to the dealer. *****What Dealers Should Do***** PLEASE FOLLOW THE ATTACHED REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Verify if vehicles are affected by this quality action using Service Comm or DBS National Service History ? Open Campaigns I.D. PC704 - New vehicles in dealer inventory can also be identified using DBS (Sales-> Vehicle Inventory, and filter by Open Campaign). - Refer to NPSB 15-460 for additional information - Please continue to check newly arriving inventory for campaign applicability. 2. Please do not drive, sell or trade the specific vehicles in Dealer Inventory subject to this Quality Action. 3. Use the attached procedure to inspect the vehicle. - If an impact mark is not found on the counterweight machined surface, reassemble vehicle per the Electronic Service Manual (ESM). - File a claim for the inspection, and release the vehicle for sale - If an impact mark is located on machined surface area of the counterweight when the crankshaft pulley notches are in the indicated positions, provide the requested information via ASIST/Tech Support Info/Powertrain Call Center Pre-Call forms/New Engine Form as per the attached instructions and HOLD the vehicle. - Do not file a claim

AIR BAG WARNING LIGHT FLASHING INDICATING SYSTEM DIAGNOSTIC MODE IF YOU CONFIRM The air bag warning light is flashing slowly (repeating 2 seconds ON, 2 seconds OFF). NOTE: If this should occur, the Air Bag Diagnosis Sensor Unit is in Diagnostic Mode and needs to be returned to User Mode. ACTION 1. Use CONSULT-III plus to check for Air Bag DTCs and perform repairs as needed. 2. Return the Air Bag Diagnosis Sensor Unit to User Mode.

2016-2018 NISSAN CONNECT NAVIGATION SYSTEM SOFTWARE UPDATE TO RESOLVE SEVERAL ISSUES This bulletin applies only to vehicles equipped with navigation system. IF YOU CONFIRM One or more of the following is occurring: - The navigation unit intermittently reboots: - At random or while listening to SXM or on a Bluetooth hands-free phone call. - Loud booming noise from speakers while on a Bluetooth hands-free call. - Navigation unit screen illumination does not change at night as designed. - AM/FM signal strength issues. - A status message ?Voice Recognition is initializing, please wait? is displayed when pressing the voice recognition button 2-3 minutes after the ignition is first turned ON. NOTE: If the message is displayed within the first 2-3 minutes this is normal. The voice recognition is loading phonebook contacts into its system. AND - The Software version has been confirmed as ?needs update? (refer to page 4). ACTION - Perform the SERVICE PROCEDURE starting on page 3 and reprogram the Navigation system with USB memory stick shown below.
