Important Deadlines and Warnings for Dealers

Dealers must adhere to a strict deadline for returning the specified control modules. All inventory of the listed material numbers must be returned to the facing Parts Distribution Center (PDC) no later than January 3, 2025. This deadline is critical for dealers to receive credit for the returned parts.

Important Warning: Items returned after the January 3, 2025, deadline WILL NOT be accepted on any type of return/buyback. Dealers should ensure timely processing to avoid forfeiture of credit.

Dealer Return Procedure

To ensure a smooth return process and receive credit, dealers must follow these specific claims procedures:

1. File a Claim: Submit a separate "Claim with Return" by selecting "Dlr Sup. Req. Return" under the item type. Dealer comments should reference the Special Notice Number and Parts Circular number.
2. Review Parts On Command: Check "Parts On Command" the day after filing the claim for the Delivery List document. Any issues or delays should be reported to the facing PDC.
3. Enter Delivery Document Number: Input the 40000XXXXX delivery document number onto a YELLOW DEPOT REQUEST RETURN label.
4. Adhere Return Label: Securely attach the YELLOW DEPOT REQUEST RETURN label to the package(s) containing the returned parts.
5. Include Delivery Document: Place one copy of the Delivery Document inside the package with the returned part(s).

Re-ordering New Parts

For any new materials required, dealers are instructed to re-order using the same part number. This indicates that while existing inventory is being returned, the parts themselves may still be in use or available through standard ordering channels.
