Malfunction of connections to radio system. All buttons surrounding radio, including radio control buttons on steering wheel, do not function. The screen still turns on and displays the typical homescreen but the screen does not function either leaving the radio system stuck on the home screen. Again , none of the buttons and/or screen functions work connected to the radio. The clock time is still displayed and will change but it is the wrong time but once again, cannot be changed because the functions surrounding the radio do not work.

I was hit by another car on the drivers side front door. The side airbags and the steering wheel airbag did not deploy. This resulted in a C2 nondisplaced neck fracture plus other pain likely from sub clinical rib fractures. This problem has been confirmed by an independent service center. It has been inspected by the police and insurance representatives. There were no indication or lance or messages that there was a problem with the car prior to the failure.

On April [XXX] at about [XXX] a.m., upon returning from exercising at the Peter Blum YMCA in Boca Raton, I was very slowly parking my car in the garage. The car was half way in when it suddenly accelerated forwards, impacting two bicycles standing on their racks at the end of the garage, the washing machine, the dryer, the water heater and through them, the garage back wall, where cracks were created. I applied the brakes as hard as I could but the car just kept going. It finally stopped, after hitting the bicycles and the appliances. Astonished by what was happening, I put the car in park and then very carefully, I went backwards to review the damage. All of a sudden, the car accelerated backwards until it hit some bushes across the street from my house. It is a street with foot traffic by neighbors holding their small kids and dogs. Cars are usually parked on the side walk. Miraculously, nobody was injured and no car was parked. I authorized inspection by Toyota. My insurance company GEICO only inspected body damages to the car. I bought my car in October 2009. I did not discover until years later that the pistons for the 2009 Toyota Camry Le did not fit correctly. This caused oil consumption problems, but it did not start happening until a 3-year warranty and at about 60-70 thousand miles. I did not get a notice of recall notice of Toyota's resolution to the problem, because they had the wrong apartment number and email address which I was told by Rep. Sherry and Rose at Toyota Corporation. Rep. said she was sending information to higher up at the corporation instead she sending it to the dealership. I did not get notice of a class action suit/resolution, trotter body, or melting dashboard. I have paid at least $6-7 thousand to dealerships workmanship is bad. I need help!! Because I did not get notices Toyota should fix and compensate me for repairs. Also, they replaced my hold break system because they assumed the shrieking noise was the break. This was done without my permission. I had to replace the axle they replaced less than a year ago. I am frustrated. I can not pay out any more money. My car stopped working on [XXX] I had to have it told to the dealership in Mamaroneck. Rep Sherry told me the trotter body is on recall until 2026, dealership is saying no. 235/45R18 94V. Hankook Kinergy GT While driving at 40-50 mph driver rear tire split between the sidewall and the treads, completely. It split was most of the way around (240 degrees) and there was no connection left between the sidewall and the treads. Needless to say pressure wax zero. Car does monitor tire pressure and prior to the deflation no indication of a problem was noted. The car is only 10 months old with about 16000 miles on them, and the tires were supposed to be rotated by the dealer every 5-6,000 miles, which we requested.

MY CAR WAS VANDALIZED IN ARIZONA SOMEONE DAMAGED MY DRIVER FRONT DOOR AND PASSANGER FRONT DOOR WHILE I WAS ON THE FREEWAY I HEARD A LOUD NOISE AND MY MOONROOF STARTED MAKING A CRACKLING NOISE I GOT OFF AND THE ENTIRE THING WAS CRACKED, I THOUGHT MAYBE IT WAS VANDALIZED AS WELL AND I DIDNT NOTICE BUT AS IM READING ABOUT IT SOUND LIKE IT MAYBE A MOONROOF ISSUE. I HAD IT REPLACED AND NOW IT IS LEAKING AND TOYOTA REFUSES TO REPAIR IT

Soon after I purchased this 2009 Camry in June 2022 with only 59K miles, the dash pad became very sticky and it's producing a glare on the windshield making it hard to see at times. When I called Toyota customer service, I was told the recall for this car was only good for 10 years and had expired. I called the previous owner and he stated that Toyota never notified him of this recall. This is a safety issue and should be addressed by Toyota.
