SummaryMIL ON WITH DTC P062F AND/OR P0603 STORED IF YOU CONFIRM The MIL is ON and DTC P062F (EEPROM) and/or P0603 (ECM BACK UP/CIRCUIT) is stored, And The customer stated the vehicle was recently started after sitting for an extended period of time (i.e., the battery voltage was low while attempting to start the engine). ACTION 1. Test the vehicleâs 12 volt battery using the Midtronics DSS-5000. Recharge or replace the battery if necessary. 2. Erase all DTCs.

SERVICE INFORMATION The Applied Vehicles are equipped with a wireless communication device called a Telematics Communication Unit (TCU). With an active Infiniti InTouch Services⢠subscription the TCU communicates with the Infiniti Data Center to provide various security and convenience services. This bulletin contains important service procedures that must be performed properly in order to set-up and maintain the telematics system for the Applied Vehicles. ï A table has been provided on the next page that lists the model and year-specific steps required to successfully configure a TCU after it has been replaced. ï A check OFF sheet has been provided on page 11 to print and check off steps as they are performed. Please staple the completed Check OFF Sheet to the repair order.

SummarySubject: MY21 Performance Package (Q50/Q60) Update In MY21, INFINITI introduced the Performance Package - two existing Motorsports items, Axle-Back Sport Exhaust and Red Alpha Cold-Air Intake â as a VPC Accessory Package for Q50 and Q60 RED SPORT 400. These items are packaged in the trunk of the vehicles, and are expected to be installed by the retailer at time of sale, assuming client agreement. The Performance Package is listed as a $1,206 VPC Accessory on the Monroney label. The MSRP is not inclusive of labor, which INFINITI had earlier directed retailers to charge to clients at time of sale. Effective January 11th, INFINITI will only offer the Performance Package items through Motorsports & the package will be deleted from all future Q50/Q60 orders. For the remaining vehicles with the Performance Package in retailer inventory, retailers are not to charge labor to clients. INFINITI will manually credit retailersâ Non-Vehicle Accounts (âNVAsâ) for labor costs. o Retailers should also not file labor claims for any incorrectly built units o Additionally, INFINITI will issue a credit for labor to the NVA of those retailers that have retailed vehicles with the Performance Package prior to this communication and did not charge the client for labor Retailers interested in ordering either the Axle-Back Sport Exhaust or Red Alpha Cold-Air Intake can email Motorsports directly at [email protected] for pricing.

Once an automatic collision notification is performed, the function becomes disabled. The TCU must be reset to re-enable the automatic collision notification function. This bulletin describes how to reset the TCU after an automatic collision notification has been performed.

Summary2021 QX50; NO LUG WRENCH SERVICE INFORMATION The APPLIED VEHICLE is not equipped with a lug wrench. The storage bin in the trunk still exists, but the wrench is not included with the vehicle. The lug wrench (PART #: 99545-0U000, WRENCH - WHEEL NUT), is an available accessory the customer may purchase if it is requested. DO NOT file a warranty claim for a missing lug wrench.
