On September 3, 2026, the vehicle was being operated under normal and intended driving conditions when the Front Heavy-Duty Adjustable Track Bar suddenly and catastrophically failed and/or broke and/or snapped. A track bar is a critical safety component responsible for managing lateral axle movement and maintaining steering alignment. The instant this heavy-duty component snapped, the front axle completely shifted out of alignment, causing an immediate, total loss of steering control, and violent vehicle instability. As a direct consequence of this component's structural failure, I was unable to steer or safely control the vehicle, causing my vehicle to veer dangerously into the opposite lane and into oncoming traffic.

The truck broke down on the side of the road and it was determined that the Driveshaft fell off. Once it arrived at Wilson Motors, the representative told me the vehicle broke due to a nut and bolt that held the driveshaft onto the rear axle. This faulty issue was known by Dodge and there was a recall on these parts in 2014. I was not the original owner of the vehicle and was not aware of the recall as I bought the truck in 2021. No attempt to contact me was made by Dodge to provide me information on the recall. The parts to do the recall are obsolete and Dodge insists they have no responsibility in fixing the vehicle, even though the parts are well known to Dodge as being defective. The nut and bolt was the proximate cause of the extensive damage to driveshaft where a new driveshaft is needed. Due to the fact that the recalled parts are the culprit, I am asking Dodge to repair the vehicle to working condition or at least total out my truck and pay me out. I would expect Dodge to stand by their product when they provide a defective product to their consumers.

I went to the car wash in the afternoon, I parked truck in driveway when I got home. Ate lunch with my kids and went outside after and was enjoying the summer weather and unexpectedly my truck started rolling in the driveway and crashed into trees on my property. I got a stick stuck in my leg trying to get my truck out of the woods that became infected. Truck went to dealership and 2 recalls were fixed. The Brake Transmission Shift Interlock (BTSI) described in the recall is exactly what happened in this incident. Causes a rollaway vehicle that may cause crash or injury unexpectedly with no warning. I reported it to Mopar and Stellantis and made claims with both.

My vehicle was involved in a severe frontal collision where I T-boned another vehicle that failed to yield the right-of-way while I was traveling at approximately 30 mph. The impact caused significant structural front-end damage to my truck. Despite a direct frontal collision at a clear deployment speed threshold (30 mph), the airbags completely failed to deploy. This vehicle’s airbag system was previously repaired under an official manufacturer safety recall. The remedy was completed by an authorized dealership several years ago. The replacement components installed during that recall service failed to function as intended during this qualifying crash event, pointing to a critical remedy failure or long-term component degradation. Prior to the collision, the vehicle’s onboard diagnostic system indicated the Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) was fully operational. The dashboard airbag warning light performed its normal self-check bulb illumination for a few seconds upon vehicle startup and turned off completely while driving. No active fault lights or SRS warning indicators were present to alert me to a system malfunction. As a direct result of the airbag non-deployment, I was unconscious for a few seconds and in cognitive decline for several minutes. I have bruising, neck, knee and hip strain and the only restraint was the seat belts. The vehicle sustained severe front-end damage and was towed to Anytime Towing and was released to Farmers Insurance who has yet to disclose my vehicle location. I am requesting a formal safety investigation into this recall remedy failure. The onboard diagnostic system failed to detect a critical system vulnerability, and a previously remedied safety component failed to protect occupants during a direct 30 mph collision.

RECALL COMPLIANCE FAILURE & RECALL REPORTING FRAUD BY AUTHORIZED DEALER Vehicle: Dodge Ram Truck Stellantis Corporate Case #: XXX/ XXX Authorized Dealership: The Faricy Boys Chrysler Jeep ([XXX]) Safety Defect & Non-Compliance Description: On XXX, my vehicle was brought to an authorized Mopar dealership (Faricy Chrysler Jeep) to complete a mandatory federal safety recall involving the fuel tank straps and bolts. Per official protocol, executing this safety work requires handling and disassembling elements of the fuel tank and surrounding fuel infrastructure. Upon completing the recall work, the dealership left the vehicle with newly cracked fuel lines, a bent gas line vent, a missing hose, and a broken Evaporative Emission System (ESIM) module connector completely unhooked and undone beneath the vehicle. The truck entered the shop with zero active fuel system faults or emissions codes, and it is now sitting unfinished at the shop in an unsafe, non-compliant operating condition. Federal Violation & Reporting Discrepancy: The dealership left the vehicle in this hazardous condition, called me, and stated it would cost at least $2,000 out-of-pocket to repair the fuel lines and connect the infrastructure. Under federal law, safety recalls must be completed effectively and entirely at no cost to the consumer. Furthermore, the dealership has issued communications claiming the recall is officially complete, yet the official federal NHTSA database explicitly flags my VIN as incomplete. The dealership appears to be falsely reporting the completion of a federal safety recall to the manufacturer/government while holding a physically non-compliant, unsafe vehicle on their lot. Stellantis Corporate is dragging out an internal arbitration process to pressure me into taking the unfinished vehicle back to evade liability. I have recorded audio admissions from the service department confirming these details. **Subject: URGENT VEHICLE SAFETY CONCERN — Steering Failure, Track Bar Bracket/Frame Damage, and Risk to Family Safety — 2012 Ram 2500** To Ram Customer Care and the Vehicle Safety Team, I am requesting immediate attention to a serious safety concern involving my 2012 Ram 2500 4×4 with the 6.7L Cummins diesel engine. This is not simply a complaint about suspension performance or the cost of repairing an older truck. My concern is the history of steering and suspension failures that could put the driver, passengers, children, and other road users at risk. The factory drag link broke in half while I was driving down a steep hill. That was a frightening and dangerous experience. The truck also had problems while it was still at stock suspension height. I believed the stock suspension was responsible, which is why I later installed an aftermarket lift. The lift was an attempt to address the problem, not the beginning of the problem, based on my experience. The truck now experiences severe wobbling under braking, and the front track bar bracket appears to be pulling away from or tearing out of the frame. I am concerned about the integrity of the steering and front suspension mounting points and the possibility of losing control of the vehicle. **My family’s safety is a major concern. Children ride in this truck.** I cannot treat a possible steering or structural failure as an ordinary maintenance issue when the consequences of a failure could be catastrophic. I am aware of FCA Safety Recall R46 / NHTSA campaign 15V-541, which addressed track bar frame bracket welding concerns on certain Ram trucks. I understand that my 2012 model year may not be included in the recall population. Nevertheless, I am asking Ram to examine the actual condition of my vehicle and determine whether the failures warrant further technical investigation. I respectfully request: 1. A formal safety case and a case reference number. 2. Escalation to the appropriate Ram technical, engineerin

brought my 2003 dodge ram 1500 to Romeo dodge to have a Passenger Airbag Recall Repair on [XXX] and I was called one hour later and told my airbag replacement was finished and I could pick up my truck. So i picked up my truck and drove it from Romeo dodge [XXX] to [XXX] where I live I parked the truck . We were sick for a few days after we parked the truck home it wasnt moved at all until a few days later I tried to start my truck and it would not start , so i tried again and the truck started briefly and the gauges were going crazy and truck started bogging badly and shut off and wouldn't start again so I complained to Romeo dodge about this and the service manager Jason said the truck drove home to my house fine and that whatever is wrong is not romeo dodge's responsibility . So i called back and asked to speak with general manager and I spoke to Chad general manager and he said the same at first. Then finally he sent a tow truck to pick up my truck and bring it back to the service center and re-evaluate what they did to my truck and brought me a loaner car after hours of disputing the facts .. a few hours later Chad called me back and said my truck starts and I can come pick it up. So i drove to kingston again and when I got there my truck was not finished so I waited and then I got inside my truck to start it up to get ready to leave and put into reverse and truck wouldnt move unless I pressed the gas all the way down. Then we put it in park and called for the technician to come back over . Then the gauges were not working in the dashboard either after the air bag replacement . And ine of the technicians said he believed the truck may be in Limp mode. So the service manager had to keep calling Chad the general manager who refused to come downstairs and address this situation that was very stressful already. Chad said when he towed the truck back to romeo dodge he was only supposed to get the truck to start again. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

Dodge Ram 1500 2012 model, vehicle randomly turns off without warning while driving. It is as if someone turns off the key no warning lights before , no check engine lights , after is shuts down no codes shown, so far able to coast out of the way and restart vehicle with key fob once in neutral. this is a safety issue and according to my research others have had the same issue. but no diffident resolve. Dealership is currently attempting to diagnose the issue. You need to check into this before someone is killed. I am sure by now Ram dodge is aware of the problem but not doing anything about it.
