FLOOR CONSOLE ASSEMBLY Please call Mike Wicker on cell (248) 821-9350 regarding Center Floor Console Armrest Lid not latching properly. If you don't receive a response within 20 minutes, then continue with normal repair procedure.~ Please follow this procedure to resolve Center Floor Console noise (e.g. ticking, buzz, squeak, rattle):~ 1) Remove tape/film from the Center Floor Console latching surfaces within the Armrest Lid {upper compartment} & bezel and Storage Bin {lower compartment} latch & bezel surfaces).~ 2) Apply interior cleaner onto cloth to remove the tape/film adhesive from the plastic latch & bezel and Storage Bin & Armrest Lid contact surfaces.~ Verify problem is resolved.

Engine seems to lacks power at high engine RPMs (5.7L and 4.7L Engines). ? Shudder or shake condition on wide open throttle stab during downshift event (5.7L and 4.7L Engines). ? EVAP Diagnostic Enhancements. This diagnostic routine will be disabled while the vehicle is in decel fuel shut off mode.(3.7L/4.7L Engines only). ? Audible knock sound on WOT launches (DJ/DD 5.7L Engines only). Transmission Improvements: ? High engine RPMs needed before vehicle will upshift from 3rd to 4th. (5.7L and 4.7L Engines). ? Harsh 1st to 2nd gear upshift (5.7L and 4.7L Engines). ? Unexpected or busy downshift while coasting between 45-48 mph (72-77 kmh) (DS 5.7L Engines only).

Flash: Diagnostic And System Improvements This bulletin involves diagnosis and selectively erasing and reprogramming the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) with new software or if necessary replacing the PCM based on the DIAGNOSIS. This new software once reprogrammed in the PCM will prevent the need to replace the PCM when the Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) listed below occur as a pair. A small number of customers may experience one or more of the symptoms/conditions listed below or a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination. Upon further investigation the Technician may find the following Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTCs): Upon further investigation the Technician may find that any of the following Diagnostic Trouble Codes have been set. If any of the following DTC's have been set perform the Diagnosis. ? U0140 - Lost Communication With Body Control Module. Attempting to clear this DTC will be unsuccessful. ? P0032 - O2 Sensor 1/1 Heater Circuit High. ? P0038 - O2 Sensor 1/2 Heater Circuit High. ? P0052 - O2 Sensor 2/1 Heater Circuit High. ? P0058 - O2 Sensor 2/2 Heater Circuit High. ? P0031 - O2 Sensor 1/1 Heater Circuit Low. ? P0037 - O2 Sensor 1/2 Heater Circuit Low. ? P0051 - O2 Sensor 2/1 Heater Circuit Low. ? P0057 - O2 Sensor 2/2 Heater Circuit Low. ? Flash: MIL Illumination With Transmission And Driveability Improvements This bulletin involves flash reprogramming the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) with new software. The customer may experience a MIL illumination. Upon further investigation the technician may find that any of the following erroneous Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs): ? U0140 - Lost Communication With Body Control Module. 2010 DJ 5.7L (Sales Code EZC) Attempting to clear this DTC will be unsuccessful. ? P050D - Cold Start Rough Idle. ? P2181 - Cooling System Performance has been set. ? P0935 - Line Pressure Sensor Circuit High. All RFE transmissions. P0300 through P0308 - Multiple and Single Cylinder Misfire. This condition can occur when the vehicle is started cold and the driver immediately places the vehicle in drive and applies heavy throttle. Driveability and Transmission improvements are also included with this software release. These changes consist of the following: ? Enhanced clutch protection for more robust torque management during repeated fore and aft movement (rocking vehicle). All engines. ? A revised torque convertor lockup schedule that will reduce transmission temperatures in Tow/Cruise mode. All models equipped with RFE transmission. ? A Clunk sound or feel a shudder when the cruise control resume switch is pressed. This condition is most noticeable after the brakes were pressed to cancel cruise control and then the resume switch is pressed. All models equipped with RFE transmission. ? A shudder or shaking feeling when a wide open throttle (WOT) event is performed by the customer. This is most noticeable after the transmission downshifts during the WOT event. This condition will stop once the transmission upshifts. All models equipped with RFE transmission. ? A shudder or shaking feeling when accelerating from a stop under moderate throttle. This condition will stop once the transmission upshifts. All models equipped with RFE transmission.
