I was driving home from 7-Eleven and was approaching a sharp left turn. All of a sudden my steering wheel locked; it was extremely difficult to move then I went straight into a ditch and broke my front wheel axle and damaged my back right panel. All because my steering wheel locked on me.

I was attempting to turn around on my street and was hit on the driver's side by an oncoming car. Immediately thereafter, I tried to pull into a nearby driveway, but the car seemed to suddenly accelerate tremendously and plowed into the back of a parked car in that driveway. I was trying to brake but had no time as the car accelerated so suddenly. It damaged my grill and the bumper of the car that was hit. It appears that other owners of the Chrysler 200C have experienced similar issues with it accelerating when the driver is trying to brake.

My 2015 Chrysler 200 displayed the warning “Service Trans Stop Safely Shut Off Engine to Engage Park.” The vehicle has approximately 79,136 miles. I am concerned this is a safety-related transmission/park engagement defect because the warning indicates the vehicle may not properly engage Park. I am requesting that NHTSA document and investigate this issue and determine whether my vehicle is affected by an existing transmission-related recall or whether the affected vehicle population should be reviewed.

Formal Customer Complaint request for manufacturer assistance. Vehicle, 2011 Chrysler200 Touring, VIN [XXX], engine3.6L V6. I am the current owner and I'm requesting Chrysler open a case to review intermittent stalling, starting and electrical problems and an HVAC defrost actuator that repeatedly cycles and fails calibration, raising a concern about windshield defrost visibility. I've replaced parts and done diagnostics, but problems persist. I request that Chrysler investigate, review the VIN history, check applicable recalls, and consider goodwill assistance for diagnosis and repair if a manufacturer defect is found. My vehicle lost power while driving had my new born baby in the car with me I was told that it may be issue an electrical connection from 2 different repair shops Tuscaloosa Chrysler tried to service the car for 2 weeks and stated that it was issue with the PMC but they were unable to locate the issue why the vehicle couldn’t get power and said that they no longer make that model vehicle anymore and they weren’t able to get parts and referred me to Henry Automotive in Tuscaloosa that worked on the vehicle for almost 6 months and weren’t able to locate the problem as to why the car was unable to receive power after both repair shops although after checking past recalls for electrical issues I see that some electrical issues were resolved in the past on the vehicle however I have concerned that the issues may not have been resolved completely

driver's seat headrest deployed while I was driving. I cannot put it back in place because some internal plastic parts have broken off. The passenger seatbelt sensor keeps going off as if the passenger has not buckled the seat belt. The sensor on that same seat keeps going off even if there's no one sitting on that seat.

I purchased this vehicle believing it was safe to drive. After the sale, I discovered that the driver's seatbelt was completely broken and not properly secured. This serious safety defect was never disclosed to me before I purchased the vehicle. Had I known about this issue, I would not have purchased the vehicle or would have required it to be repaired before the sale. Selling a vehicle with a defective seatbelt without disclosing the defect put my safety and the safety of my passengers at risk. I am requesting that this matter be investigated and that appropriate action be taken regarding the seller's failure to disclose this serious safety issue.

The vehicle has suffered a total failure of the passenger seat jumper wiring harness, which has completely deactivated the entire Supplemental Restraint System (SRS / Airbag system) and triggered the airbag warning light. This is a known manufacturing defect covered under an active Technical Service Bulletin (TSB). A certified Chrysler dealership previously performed a paid repair for this exact TSB defect, meaning the replacement safety component has failed prematurely. The vehicle is currently an active safety hazard on the road, as no airbags will deploy in an accident. Chrysler Corporate has refused to remedy this failed safety system, leaving the vehicle completely unprotected.
