Honda Power Sports & Products has announced an all-new 58V battery-powered commercial handheld lineup, set to launch in Spring 2027. This expansion broadens Honda's battery-powered lawn and garden offerings beyond mowers to include tools essential for professional landscaping crews.

The new range comprises a backpack blower, hedge trimmer, chainsaw, and string trimmer, all designed for demanding commercial applications. These Honda 58V commercial tools aim to combine Honda's established reputation for durability and performance with the practical benefits of battery power.

New Commercial Handheld Lineup

The new lineup introduces four key tools: the Honda HBBX7550 backpack blower, Honda HHHX2650 hedge trimmer, Honda HHCX1650 chainsaw, and Honda HHTX1750 string trimmer. Each tool is engineered for specific professional landscaping tasks, emphasizing high-output performance and operator comfort.

These battery-powered tools offer several advantages for commercial users, including quieter operation, reduced vibration, easier starting without gasoline, and zero exhaust emissions during use. The entire range operates on a shared 58V battery and charger platform, allowing interchangeability of batteries across multiple tools.

Performance and Specifications

The Honda HBBX7550 backpack blower is designed for cleanup, delivering 750 CFM air volume, 200 MPH air speed, and 33 N blowing force. It features four air-speed levels, variable trigger control, and a two-battery system for extended operation. Recommended battery configuration is two 58V 12Ah batteries, providing up to 35 minutes of runtime at maximum CFM.

For precision pruning, the Honda HHHX2650 hedge trimmer offers a 26-inch cutting length and 1-1/3-inch cutting capacity. It includes selectable Eco and Normal operating modes and a five-position rotating handle for ergonomic use. The Honda HHCX1650 chainsaw is built for cutting performance with a 2500W brushless motor, 26 m/s chain speed, and a 16-inch Oregon® guide bar and chain. An automatic chain oiling system and low-oil alert enhance usability. It pairs with a 58V 5Ah battery, providing up to 33 minutes of runtime at maximum speed.

Completing the lineup, the Honda HHTX1750 string trimmer features a 17-inch cutting capacity and Eco/Normal operating modes for varied conditions. Its straight fixed aluminum shaft is designed for daily professional use. The recommended battery is a 58V 4Ah unit, offering up to 45 minutes of runtime in Eco mode. These Honda 58V commercial tools are built for demanding work.
