• A technician must confirm that the A/C system is inoperative due to a seized compressor, identified by internal code 38810.
• The customer's primary complaint is the A/C blowing warm air, or a windshield that is slow to defrost.
• There must be no prior HVAC repair history, including A/C refrigerant evacuation or recharge, or replacement of any HVAC components.
• No repair attempts should have been made during the current visit for this issue.
• The vehicle must have no history of collisions.
