Volvo Cars investigations have identified that the washer fluid system on certain Model Year 2025 EX90 vehicles might not have been assembled correctly. As a result, leakage may occur. The corrective action is to check for washer fluid leaks after the washer fluid has been filled at PDS (please refer to the PDF attached to this package for OK and NOT OK examples): A total of 353 U.S. and 42 Canadian vehicles are affected by this Delivery Action.

SummaryVolvo Cars USA LLC and Volvo Car Canada LTD on behalf of the Volvo Car Corporation has decided to launch Service Action S10306 on certain model year 2025 EX90 vehicles. Volvo Car Investigations have identified the oil plugs for the TVDC may not be torqued properly. The corrective action is to check the torque on the TVDC oil plugs and replace the oil plugs if found to be leaking. NOTE: If no leakage is found torque the oil plug screws according to the instruction. If leakage is found the oil plug screws are not to be reused and must be replaced. We expect only a small number of vehicles will need to replace the oil plug screws. S10306 affects 1,995 vehicles in the U.S and 194 in Canada.

The corrective action is to remove the lidar fuse in slot #6 from the frunk compartment. Please note: That the fuse must be reinstalled when the vehicle is removed from showroom display and or sold to a customer.
