  NISSAN; INTELLIGENT KEY IDENTIFICATION AND REGISTRATION TIPS This bulletin applies to vehicles equipped with Intelligent Key only. SERVICE INFORMATION When replacing or adding an Intelligent Key, it is very important to make sure the correct Intelligent Key is selected from the parts department. - A running change was made that will help identify the correct Intelligent Key. - Beginning in late 2017 and early 2018 the last five digits of the Intelligent Key part number is marked on the Intelligent Key under the mechanical key. - See page 2 for location images of this part number addition. NOTE: - A correct Intelligent Key may or may not have the last five digits of the part number as shown on page 2. - The above running change was applied as a ?help? to identify the correct Intelligent Key for a given vehicle, but the actual part number listed in the parts catalog did not change. - Make sure to use the electronic parts catalog (FAST) or equivalent to confirm the correct Intelligent Key for a given vehicle.

  2017-2018 PATHFINDER; 2ND ROW SEAT HANDLE "CARGO MODE" CHANGE SERVICE INFORMATION A change has been made to the 2nd row seat handles in the Applied Vehicles. Vehicles produced between August 15, 2017 and September 8, 2017 (see VIN information below) are equipped with 2nd row seat handles that have "CARGO MODE" displayed on them (Figure 1). Applied Vehicles built before and after the time period shown above are equipped with blank seat handles (Figure 2). Vehicles built BETWEEN: Almond interior: 5N1(*)R2M(**)HC 914247 to 5N1(*)R2M(**)JC 608295 Charcoal interior: 5N1(*)R2M(**)HC 914269 to 5N1(*)R2M(**)JC 608335 ARE equipped with 2nd row seat handles with "CARGO MODE" displayed on them. The Nissan New Vehicle Limited Warranty does not cover replacement of a "CARGO MODE" handle (correctly built vehicle) with a blank handle. Refer to the Nissan Assurance Products Resource Manual (APRM) for guidelines on warranty coverage. The vehicle owner's manual contains the complete details regarding the limited warranty.

  2013 - 2017 PATHFINDER; RADIATOR SHROUD AND COOLING FAN ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE SERVICE INFORMATION When replacing the radiator shroud and cooling fan assembly for any reason, the engine coolant, air cleaner case, and air duct does not need to be removed as part of the procedure. Use this SERVICE PROCEDURE (in place of the ESM) and the CLAIMS INFORMATION in this bulletin. The ESM will be updated at a later date.

  MOTION ACTIVATED LIFTGATE STICKER This bulletin applies only to Pathfinder SL or Platinum, Rogue SL, and Rogue Hybrid SL vehicles. SERVICE INFORMATION Applied vehicles equipped from the factory with a Motion Activated Liftgate should also have a Motion Activated Liftgate Sticker applied to the back door window glass. DO NOT remove this sticker during PDI, or when the vehicle is washed, or any other time the vehicle is in inventory. NOTE: - Motion activated liftgate sticker is only to be removed by the customer. - Replacement stickers can be obtained from your parts department.
