SummaryCSP14 CSP15 Subject: Mazda Rear Brake Pad Customer Service Program Limited Warranty Extension – (CSP14 – CX-90 models) - Phase 1 Mailing – May 2026 In late April we announced two Customer Service Programs (CSP14 & CSP15) where certain vehicles are covered under these two Limited Warranty Extensions, (defined as “Covered Vehicle”); 2024-2026 CX-90 (CSP14) and 2025-2026 CX-70 (CSP15) produced November 18, 2025 and prior. Owner Notification: We are pleased to announce the first phase of Owner Letters will mail on May 29, 2026, to approximately 18,000 owners in campaign CSP14. As stated in our prior communication, we will send subsequent dealer emails with future phased mailings planned throughout Summer 2026. We have also released the Repair Procedure under TSB 04-003/26, the Parts & Warranty information and updated all dealer-facing FAQ documents. ATTENTION ALL DEALERS - Vehicles to be repaired: Due to limited parts supply only the vehicles in this notice can be repaired. To help your Mazda dealer staff identify which vehicles can be repaired we have created an Excel-based VIN look-up tool in Mazda Global Service Support (MGSS) under this campaign. Please enter the VIN in the tool if the customer does not have their parts available letter to confirm the vehicle can be repaired under this CSP. At this time, remaining customers in CSP14 and CSP15 must wait to receive notice that parts are available. Key Benefits of the Customer Service Program-Extended Warranty Coverage for Rear Brake Squeal: Mazda is expanding the standard brake pad coverage from 1-year/12,000 miles to 3-years/36,000 miles to cover repairs related to rear brake squeal. The owner is eligible for a one‑time replacement of redesigned rear brake pads at no cost if the brake squeal symptom matches a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) which will be published prior to sending the Second notification. The redesigned brake pads will be covered under the vehicle’s original 3-year/36,000-mile warranty, or 1 year/12,000 miles from installation whichever provides longer coverage.

SummaryThis bulletin supersedes the previously issued bulletin(s) listed below. The changes are noted in Red. 09-031/25 08/05/25 DESCRIPTION While driving on gravel or dusty roads, dust accumulates at the lower inner edge of the door garnish. When the rear door is opened, the dust may be blown up and enter the cabin, adhering to the seats and the floor. This is caused by a large gap at the lower part of the boundary between the rear door and the front door, and air containing dust and/or sand is sucked up into the gap, accumulating at the lower edge of the rear door garnish while driving. To eliminate this concern, a mass production change is under study. NOTE: In environments where passengers frequently enter and exit the vehicle under dusty conditions (e.g. dirt or gravel roads, off-road driving), a certain amount of dust will enter into the cabin, even in other types of vehicles. Therefore, this phenomenon is not limited to the causes described in this document. Customers having this concern should have their vehicle repaired using the following repair procedure. NOTE: This repair procedure is an interim countermeasure. After a mass production change is implemented, the repair procedure will be updated. Attach the protectors (urethane pads, deflectors and protectors) to both sides of the designated locations according to the following steps.

SummaryDESCRIPTION When refueling, you may occasionally notice: A gurgling sound from the fuel filler neck. The gas dispenser nozzle clicks off before the tank is full. Fuel vapor or mist from the filler neck. This can occur if 20 minutes have elapsed after pressing the fuel lid button and the fuel tank has resealed the Vapor Recovery System (VRS) before refueling is complete. Before Refueling: 1. Press the fuel-filler lid opener switch. The system will release pressure in the tank through the vapor recovery system (charcoal canister) and enter Refueling Mode. You’ll see “Ready to Refuel” displayed on the instrument cluster. 2. You now have 20 minutes to complete refueling. After 20 minutes, or if the vehicle is turned to “READY ON,” the tank will automatically reseal the vapor recovery system. If the tank vapor recovery system has resealed, you may notice: The gas pump despenser clicks off before the tank is full. A gurgling sound from the filler neck. Fuel vapor or liquid may spit back from the filler neck. If this happens: 1. Press the fuel-filler lid switch again. 2. Wait until the instrument cluster displays “Ready to Refuel.” 3.Continue refueling.

SummaryDear Mazda Owner: You are receiving this notice because Mazda’s records indicate that you have a 2024-2026 Mazda CX-90 vehicle manufactured before November 19, 2025. Mazda Motor Corporation has decided to conduct a Customer Service Program CSP (14) to inform you that Mazda is expanding the scope of coverage under the New Vehicle Limited Warranty to provide necessary repairs free of charge if your Covered Vehicle has experienced rear brake squeal and to inform you that you may be eligible to receive reimbursement for past out-of-pocket expenses you previously incurred for repairs on the terms and conditions as described below. Repair parts are not currently available. It is expected that parts will become available in May 2026. Another letter will be sent to you once parts are available to repair your vehicle with instructions for making an appointment at your nearest Mazda dealer. Warranty Coverage Expansion Mazda is expanding the scope of coverage under the standard 3 years/36,000 miles, whichever comes first, warranty to provide necessary repairs at no cost to you if your Covered Vehicle experiences rear brake squeal. If your Covered Vehicle is currently experiencing rear brake squeal, you will be eligible for a one-time rear brake pads replacement with Mazda’s redesigned brake pads. A dealer must inspect and confirm your Covered Vehicle is experiencing rear brake squeal matching Technical Service Bulletin (“TSB”) 04-003/26 for you to receive the repairs at no cost to you. The TSB is scheduled to be released when the parts are expected to be available. The newly installed redesigned brake pads will be covered for rear brake squeal under your Covered Vehicle’s original limited warranty of 3 years/36,000 miles, or for 1 year/12,000 miles from the installation of the redesigned brake pad, whichever is later. If your Covered Vehicle is currently experiencing rear brake squeal and is more than 3 years old or exceeds 36,000 miles, whichever comes first, you will receive three (3) months, after the Part Available Notice Letter has been sent, to receive the redesigned brake pad under the terms of this notice. Repairs under this warranty extension during the coverage period must be completed at a Mazda dealer. Reimbursement Mazda is offering reimbursement to owners and lessees of a Covered Vehicle who previously incurred out-of-pocket expenses for inspections and repairs to rear brake components caused by rear brake squeal before your vehicle reached 3 years or 36,000 miles from the vehicle’s in-service date (meaning, the start date of the warranty for the vehicle), whichever is earlier (“Eligible Costs”) subject to the following limitations as described in this letter. Repairs completed at a non-Mazda facility after April 2026 as printed in this Owner Letter are not eligible for reimbursement.

SummarySubject: Mazda Rear Brake Pad Customer Service Program Limited Warranty Extension – (CSP14 – CX-90 models) and (CSP15 – CX-70 models) Mazda Motor Corporation has decided to implement two Customer Service Programs (CSP14 & CSP15). The coverage and terms for affected VINs are listed below in this Dealer email and in the Owner Letter. Only certain vehicles are covered (defined as “Covered Vehicle”); 2024-2026 CX-90 (CSP14) and 2025-2026 CX-70 (CSP15) produced November 18, 2025 and prior where “CSP14 or CSP15” respectively, are listed in Warranty Vehicle Inquiry. Please make sure to also utilize the Dealer FAQ’s that will be posted on Mazda Global Service Support (MGSS) for any customer inquiries. Owner Notification: Parts to support the CSPs are in production and not available at this time. Due to the limitation of parts availability, there will be multiple notices to customers advising when parts are available as described in the schedule below. The initial customer notification will explain the program overview and coverage terms and conditions. We will also send another dealer email with second and any further subsequent notifications. Owner Mailing Schedule • First notification: Inform customers of the above details (mailing Thursday April 22, 2026). • Second notification: Inform a limited group of initial customers that repair parts are available (Planned to start in June 2026). Special Coverage for Older or Higher‑Mileage Vehicles: If the vehicle is over 3 years old or past 36,000 miles, but is currently experiencing brake squeal, the owner will have three months (starting from the date Mazda sends the Parts Available Notice Letter) to receive the redesigned brake pads for free.
