"AWD Temporarily Disabled" warning notification came on while driving 55 mph in the middle lane of an expressway during late afternoon/early evening hours. The roadway was clear of debris and the weather was sunny. There was no further instruction of what to do from the dashboard. However, after the warning came on, the vehicle started to smell bad and a noise from the rear passenger side could be heard. While slowing down to a stop, the vehicle started to vibrate and steering became tight and difficult to maneuver. Once I read through the manual, it mentioned to let the vehicle cool for 10 minutes before moving again. I waited 5 hours to drive the car again and the same thing occurred. I pulled over and waited 25 minutes and the vehicle would not go into Drive. It would go into Reverse. I had to go into Reverse twice before the vehicle would move into Drive. The "AWD Temporarily Disabled" warning kept coming on continuously until I could pull over again. Each time I slowed down or was coming to a stop, the vehicle would vibrate as if it was wanting to stall and the steering was tight and difficult to maneuver. The safety of myself and others were at risk because I may have lost the ability to steer myself to safety if I had slowed down too much or too soon before reaching a safe place and I could have caused a fatal or severe accident to myself and/or others with multiple cars all going at highway speeds. I have notified the dealer and have a set appointment for the end of this week. There were no warnings, messages or symptoms prior to this occurring while I was driving on the expressway.

My vehicle had an electrical recall; I took it in and it gotten worse. The vehicle is making noise, and saying 911 operator is unavailable. The turning signals turn on and off, if I turn one going left, it stays on a while, or I have to shut car off a while to get it to cooperate of it doesn't signal at all. The brake light is on, no airbag light on, has hill assist warning, park aid malfunction light when park aid works, powertrain malfunction light on, pressure monitor on, and I took it to the shop, the mechanic said he couldn't get the correct electrical info to change it. Service steering warning comes on and blinks. I was driving two separate occasions and the car put itself in park and it stop abruptly when I slowed down. I tried to download a new version and it will not update. Theirs static in my speakers even after I turn the car off and windshield wipers work when they want to. I have another appointment next week, theirs so many recalls on this car, the rear brake lines and other recalls I'm not sure if it was handled. The dealership said I have no issues with the last report but my car stoppin in traffic, can't put on signals is very dangerous.

I’ve replaced my blend door actuator 2 times since owning this car in the past year and it’s gone out again. It clicks under the driver’s side constantly until I turn on the temperature control. And when it doesn’t click it blows out hot air on the drivers side and cold air on the passenger side with ac on and cold air on drivers side with heat on and that’s when I know I need to replace it. This is a constant issue in this vehicle and it has cost me a lot of money to keep replacing the same part.

I have experienced this issue and it's been 9 months since the first issuance from Ford on this recall. I paid $523 to repair and this is insane since mechanic told me its an OME part so still going to possibly have same issue till recall is handled.

It’s been a 4 year battle. I received a bait and switch clone vehicle A Frankenstein!! The vehicle and vin are clones. The vehicle was delivered in the dark after hours during a time I was sick. Im also disabled. I had looked at the vehicle on the [XXX] website Hyundai Genesis lot then went and looked in person and test drove it. I was told it was a one owner vehicle out of Michigan. I purchased it two days later and traded in my perfect immaculate truck. I did not drive the vehicle until 4 days later and I noticed immediately the interior didn’t match. Warning lights were coming on. And when I got to my destination it all unfolded. I found receipts in the vehicle from the Lafayette In area that had a name on them. I tried to contact that person but was unsuccessful. I contacted the dealership over and over and over. I finally got ahold of a different salesman who sent me the original photos in their ad and they do not match the vehicle in my possession. Every seatbelt has a different year and date. There are other parts underneath that don’t make sense either. There are 3 warning lights on including traction and brakes. Immediately the brakes went bad. Paid $1200 to fix them and still not fixed. I don’t drive it unless I absolutely have to. It about made me crash into other vehicles that could have been fatalities if it wasn’t for my fast thinking. The vehicle has been pieced together and I guarantee you they did the same thing to the person who bought my trade in. That person is also in danger and I have pictures of that truck also underneath and motor etc for comparison and you need to investigate it as well as the vehicle in my possession that I try not to drive. This is an organized auto theft group spread out through multiple dealerships cloning vehicles and vins by swapping out the whole vehicle with flood salvage vehicles giving the salvage vehicle your vin identity affixing the stickers and vin plate to the salvage make it look like your car. Through a title search that ended up not being my title number at all And forcing me to do even more research I discovered that the vehicle I bought three weeks ago has a report on public record that caused structural damage to my vehicle and I still don’t have a title for this vehicle because Carvana has the title for my vehicle and I’m having problems touching base with them. They seem to be avoiding me. The vehicle is in my front yard available for inspection whenever you feel is necessary the damage to the vehicle happened in [XXX] where it ended up for sale at Carvana and then at wholesale to ADESA and then to a private used Dealership named Motion Motors LLC. I paid $9500 for this vehicle whose price started at $7260 And I know that ADESA deals with structurally damage damaged and junk vehicles. They have every resource at their fingertips to fix repair and restore all such vehicles if found viable. The used car dealership presented me with a title sent me a copy of it that is bogus. The title number actually goes to a 1993 Mercury that was destroyed in March 2012 along with that title number now underneath that title number. My Lincoln is also listed along with that 1993 Mercury under the same title number. Two vehicles I’ve never seen anything like that in my life. The title number printed on the title is XXX. The title for my Lincoln that is available underneath the VIN number is. XXX. Carvana has a title with a totally different title number that is still their title. It was never sent with my truck from [XXX] and it was never changed over to [XXX] and it still hasn’t been meanwhile my temporary Tag and temporary registration expire on August 4 I am going to have a vehicle in my driveway that I can’t drive and don’t own. I would also like to recover $9500 for the purchase of the vehicle that I don’t own. I have any and all documentation of all of this and more. The numbers don’t match the dates don’t make any sense. Something is happening. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (

Tuesday June 2, 2026 my car went into the shop. At which time the viscous coupler was replaced for the rear AWD differential. This was a Ford OEM Part that had failed. Upon replacing it shut up they found the rear differential gear assembly was in fact also in need of being replaced. The needed part is called a rear final drive. It is now June 30, 2026. My car has been in the shop now for 28 days. The rear final drive part needed is on backorder. “We are more than 100 on the list.” Therefore, I will not be getting my car back any time soon. Upon researching and discussions with dealerships, this is and has been a known problem with the Lincoln and Ford vehicles. However, there has never been a recall, or any justification for this known problem. I would like some answers to why anyone would have to wait that long for a part for their vehicle! I am without a car and will be for an extended period time!
