Summary"SITUATION: A 'KNOCK' SOUND FROM ONE OR BOTH FRONT AIR SPRINGS WHEN TRAVELING OVER SPEED BUMPS AT LOW SPEED MAY BE EVIDENT. UPON REMOVAL OF THE AIR SPRING AND INVERTING IT FOR A PERIOD OF APPROXIMATELY ONE MINUTE, HYDRAULIC FLUID IS FOUND TO FLOW FROM THE AIR SUSPENSION PIPE 'VOSS' CONNECTOR. CAUSE: THIS MAY BE CAUSED BY A LEAK FROM HYDRAULIC DAMPER CHAMBER OF THE AIR SPRING."

CAUSE: THIS CAN BE A RESULT OF REDUCED PHONE POWER DUE TO THE FOLLOWING:- BATTERY LIFE SOFTWARE UPDATE ON THE CUSTOMERS DEVICE, OTHER APPLICATIONS RUNNING IN THE BACKGROUND ON THE CUSTOMERS DEVICE (SUCH AS GAMES, SOCIAL MEDIA APPS, SEARCHING FOR NUMEROUS PAIRED DEVICES). A BREAK IN THE LINE OF SIGHT FROM THE IAM TO THE CUSTOMER DEVICE (E.G. DEVICE IN POCKET CAUSING ATTENUATION BY THE HUMAN BODY).
