UAV and UCV Radio Enhancements This bulletin involves inspecting and if required, updating the radio software level to: 39.5. Customers may experience one or more of the following: Lost radio presets. High pitch squeal, pop or humming sound coming from all of the speakers. SXM favorite song list empty. Radio display screen is black when the ignition is on. Radio may reset/reboots, turn itself off and then back on again. Radios resets when a Bluetooth paired phone receives two text messages one after another simultaneously after approximately seven seconds. (ABD sales code). Incorrect navigation address/location/directions. Navigation stuck on loading screen or not appearing at all. Lost navigation settings. Speaker crackling noise on non amplified vehicles (UAV Only). Active call not transferred to vehicle Bluetooth® (UAV Only). Voice Recognition (VR) not understanding commands to switch sources (UAV Only). Bluetooth phonebook not available (UAV Only). "Setting" button removed after ignition cycle (UAV Only). Coolant temperature value incorrect (UAV Only). Speaker crackling noise. In addition the following enhancements are included:Bluetooth improvements. VR improvements. Improve Navigation zoom and scrolling feature on map.

CLUSTER, Instrument Panel 1. MY2021 WL IPC has a stored fault for HUD (IPC setting LOC with HUD U0158 and LVDS Cable with HUD B156D ). This DTC goes to STORED when the vehicle goes from Logistics to customer mode. The only action to be performed in this instance is to clear the fault - there is no problem with the vehicle. Please do not replace the cluster or the HUD. 2. Cluster Map Display Becomes Frozen At Times When Using Navigation (all the other screens in the cluster are functional. Customer can navigate to other screens in this condition). The owner complains that the navigation map display does not update on the cluster; screen is frozen. Technician may or may not be able to duplicate the condition. The vehicle is not setting any DTC?s for the issue. If the map display is frozen on the cluster, cycling the ignition will reset the cluster to allow proper operation. Do not replace any parts at this time, available parts in service will have the same condition. Engineering is currently researching the issue and will notify the field when updates become available.
