Sync 4 with the B&O unleashed system. Yes anytime. Extremely loud noises came from speakers upon startup of engine. It continued for several minutes accompanied by loud static as well. Ears hurt for hours after. This happened with 2700 miles on speedometer. Has happened 2 more times since. Dealer acts like I don't know what I am talking about and got little answer Dealer unable to duplicate. Manufacturer has not reached out to me There was no warning of the occurrences at any time. Extremely unsafe to operate when it can happen with out warning. If no fix I will be unleashing this truck to another poor sapp.

When in my vehicle, there is a very loud POP and STATIC that is sufficiently loud that it is startling and dangerous. I've experienced this issue 3 times now. I contacted Ford, and their support team just pointed me to my dealer. This issue will eventually cause someone to crash, lose hearing, cause a seizure, etc.. Very dangerous. After experiencing the issue, I began doing online searches and find that this issue has been reported across multiple platforms including news and forums. It appears that the issue exists with the B&O sound system. My dealer claimed they weren't sure what the problem was, but that they could take a look and try to figure it out. I think this is a serious enough issue that the Ford and the dealers should prioritize the repair as this is far more serious than an errant windshield wiper (one of the recalls).

Passenger side rear axle bolt, that holds the axle shaft in place, sheared off, which could allow the axle shaft to move inside the axle housing. I'm learning that this is EXTREMELY common on 2021-2023 9.75" 3:73 MAX TOW axle.

While driving, parked or switching to reverse the stereo will emit a very loud noise. Best described as an electronic explosion that lingers. It doesn't just go BOOM it goes BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMM and lasts up to 70 seconds so far. It has even happened when turning the truck off and it persists after everything is off. Ford dealer says "everything is fine" this is a video of it doing it. While driving on the interstate my 2022 F150 Lightning platinum lost all power to the front motor. The "comfort" mode display showed no warnings, messages, or signals to indicate that power was severely limited. I realized the issue as the vehicle was losing speed as I was going up a grade where the vehicle would hardly maintain 75mph with my foot to the floor. I have pictures from the incident which I have uploaded. (The screenshots are from the typical display, and with the specific vehicle power menu enabled. I did not capture a picture of the "Comfort" display during the incident. I have uploaded an image of the comfort display I had previously taken.)

Rear axel bolt broke, splines on axel stripped off. Truck lost ability to drive while on the highway , creating a dangerous situation. Now truck is at the dealer waiting on parts keeping me from doing my job and causing further financial hardship. For a known issue Ford should have a recall.

Bolt broke on passenger side rear axle shaft. Bolt retains drive axle shaft into drive wheel. Dealer replaced passenger axle on Nov. 9, 2022 but not driver side. No warning lamp. There was a squeak from axle. This truck has a "Max trailer tow package". I was towing a 6,000 lbs trailer which is within specs. for this truck.

I started the truck. I heard a loud pop over the sound system. This was followed by a loud crackling noise over the speakers. The sound continued after the sound system was turned off. The speakers smell like they were burning.

Rear axle retaining bolt sheered off. Issue was discovered during routine tire rotation at dealership 9/29/23. I will not have parts available as dealership keeps old parts. There were no warning indications of this issue. This is a known issue listed as Ford CSP 22B34 which instructs dealers to replace parts on both sides of the vehicle. Dealer indicates my VIN is not included in that CSP. Because I'm not in CSP the dealer is replacing affected side under warranty, but won't touch the other side. A failed bolt will cause major failure of the axle assembly during a turn potentially causing loss of control of the vehicle. Ford knows both sides need to be replaced, but I have no recourse but to wait for a second failure. Please help.

My truck accelerated on its own , repeatedly, while highway driving . Had to drive with brakes on until I was able to pull over . Turned off truck , waited a few minutes , turned back on and without having my foot anywhere near the accelerator, the truck accelerated on its own , as if someone was gunning the engine - while still in park . Turned off again . NOTHING was near my accelerator to cause this - I managed to get to the dealership . They said it was my floor mats that caused the problem . They found nothing mechanical. I assured them the mat was not the cause - this truck nearly killed me and I know something is wrong with it . The acceleration was constant , the engine noise loud as if gunning - cruise control was not on . The truck has been driven several times by my husband and nothing has happened, but I will never drive it as it scared the life out of me . This is my 4th F-150 - I know the truck and know how to drive it . This is not normal obviously, and it isn’t the mat . I used the exact same mats in my previous truck for almost 5 years . Then transferred them - it’s NOT the problem ! The truck is dangerous and something is wrong .
