I have two recalls that I cannot get any assistance with Recall # 23S65 Rear Axle Bolt Breakage and new recall #25S75 which is Fuel Pump Riser. I have acquired services from four different dealerships and have taken photos and mileage to get repairs completed. I hear clicking noise in my truck and afraid of it causing serious damage and injury along with my fuel pump issue and bad gas mileage and noises when initial cranking my vehicle. I would like to know what dealership in Southwest Louisiana could I bring my vehicle in to resolve these issues that I have been dealing with close to a year. If not, what dealership will provide me courtesy like vehicle rental until completed. I currently of the Bubba Ostalet Ford 246 N. Broadway St. Jennings, La 70546.

The drivers side window will at times stay in the down position. The safety issue is during rain, snow or very cold conditions the driver is distracted by the down window. I did call a dealer who said this happens and I need to go thru a crazy procedure to get window up. No one has looked into this problem. The Ford dealers are well aware of this problem and there are many videos out that describe the problem. There is no for warning of a problem.

I received a recall on my 2022 ford f150 vehicle stating that the wheel end hub bolt in the rear axle may become loose or break. Continued use of the vehicle can cause damages to other vehicles and/or cause crashes. I tried to have this repaired when I received a recall notice back in November 2025 but they were unable to help. I dropped my vehicle off on 1/6/26 for recall repair and they are telling me there are no parts available and won't get a new update letter until 4th quarter 2026.I did ask about providing a rental in the meantime they immediately denied my request. At this time I do not feel safe removing my vehicle from the lot or driving it. I spoke with Earl at Ford Recall Assistance Center on 1/23/26 (ref call number: [XXX]) . I can not go without a vehicle, this is absolutely unacceptable and I am submitting this complaint and will be moving forward with legal counsel. Brought vehicle to shop to have tires rotated, axle bolt fell out after miles of noise. Reported to Ford, deemed drivable. Clicking sound from rear end began in November, brought to dealership. Vehicle deemed undrivable via Ford due to ongoing axle issues and noise coming from axle. Vehicle has been at the Ford dealership since November 12, 2025. Ford has provided a rental which is not a work vehicle. Ford has given me no answers, in fact, the last time I called on 1/16/26, the "advocate" asked me if I'd like to get in touch with the parts department. She said there is no timeline for getting my truck back.

And woodhouse blair Nebraska is the dealership im dealing with on this, Is saying Ford is having an issue having the parts built for it. And no clue when they will have parts available for it. Something needs to be done to get the parts made for it or pay for a rental for me or buy it back and give me a good deal on something different. You can contact me at [XXX] or [XXX] . So I was walking back to my truck and could hear a really loud humming/buzzing. As I approached my truck in the parking lot, I realized it was my truck. It was SUPER loud, like the radio was turned all the way up. It had a consistent rhythm to it also. I was wondering if maybe the alarm had tried to go off since I was a QT, but it was just blasting through the internal speakers, nothing over the external speaker. I started it hoping it would stop. It did not, I shut it back off, and restarted it. It was making the super loud noise this entire time. I turned off the radio, turned off the display, disconnected my phone from the connection, and nothing worked. I had to drive home about 15 minutes with it making this horrible and loud pulsating noise the entire time. I parked, turned it off and was going to get tools out of the garage to take off the battery terminal and as I walked back towards it, the noise just stopped. It was so loud, my ears were ringing for a couple of hours afterward. I looked in my ford pass app and it doesn't show any faults or anything. The video/audio does not do it justice for how insanely loud it was..... But you can hear the rhythm that it had. My daughter had a panic attack and ended up vomiting. The vehicle was not on, the phone was not connected as it was not in the truck. There were no warning lights or signs that I could see because it was making the noise as I was approaching the truck. I have a short video of it with the audio noise.

DRL partially out on the truck seems to be an ongoing problem with these models that cause a safety issue similar to the flicker. My lights went into a hyper flash and when they stopped the DRL went partially out.

Front differential diagnosed as failed, needing a full rebuild or replacement by local Ford Dealer. The vehicle now has 70,700 miles, the noise first thought to be a wheel bearing at 60K+ miles. Safety concerns are a possibility of a failure at highway speeds,. I have reviewed similar complaints with fewer miles on similar 2022 Ford f-150 trucks having these component failures.

- #11706802December 23, 2025VISIBILITY/WIPER
My windshield wipers were working on Dec 19th as we drove to the store. When we came back out the wipers or sprayer no longer worked. This caused extreme low visibility while driving on the street. Being an all electric vehicle I figured maybe it was a system malfunction. So I turned the car off to restart and still no fix. After doing some research and checking ford website I found an open recall#22S71, for 2022 Ford F150s(including lightnings, which is my car). The recall is for the wiper motor failing. I called to check if my car was under the recall and was informed that my VIN was not apart of that recall. I explained that it seemed like the same issue but was told it did not matter. I took the truck to an automotive electrical shop and they have confirmed that it is indeed my wiper motor has failed.

On 12/17/25, the low-pressure fuel pump failed on my 2022 Ford F-150 (VIN [XXX] ), exactly as described in safety recall 25S75. The vehicle will not start or run and is not drivable due to the failed fuel pump. I have been told there is no remedy currently available and Ford has declined alternate transportation assistance.
