Pentastar Oil Filter Adapter All vehicles equipped with a 3.2L or 3.6L engine; If replacing the Oil Filter Adapter (OFA) due to a leak detected between OFA and block, an O-ring kit (68191356AA) is now available to repair OFA/Block Interface leaks. Using dye will assist in determining source of leak. Ensure OFA Cap Oring is seated in the proper groove in the cap and not damaged or cut. Engineering is seeking information regarding OFA leaks. Accelerator Pedal Before replacing accelerator pedal, be sure to follow fault code diagnostic procedures in service manual. Make sure to check wiring and connectors. P2122 and P2127 will set if accelerator pedal connector is disconnected during diagnosis. Make sure codes are active before replacing pedal. DTC P2299 is usually caused by a two footed driver and accelerator pedal should not be replaced for this fault.

Inspect the sensor for a fluid coating on the sensor pins. Orange colored rain repellant can cause this fluid build-up. Clean the pins, drain the reservoir, and fill with Mopar approved washer fluid. Check to determine if the issue has been resolved. Continue with repair if necessary. Also, please inform the customer not to use Rain-X in the system to avoid this issue. MY16 RA3 & RA4 Replacement Radios All MY16 RA3 and RA4 replacement radios must be ordered through the exchange process at United Radio. DO NOT order a NEW radio from Mopar. Go back and order a "Z" level part number. (example: Z8249986A$) The MY16 replacement radios must be reconfigured by United Radio to the wireless network provider in order for Uconnect Apps to work properly.

The gaskets are not required by warranty to be replaced like they are on Pentastar Classic (ERB/EHB). The new gaskets are not interchangeable with Pentastar Classic Intake Manifold Gaskets.
