The backup camera system malfunctioned, resulting in a blank or distorted display screen when the vehicle is placed in reverse. This system failure deprives the driver of rear visibility and disables the rear parking collision warning, creating a safety hazard when backing up. I previously brought the vehicle to an authorized Chrysler dealership while under factory warranty specifically to report this backup camera failure, but the dealership noted they "could not duplicate" the problem at that time. The camera was later replaced, but the same defect has reoccurred. Mopar portal records confirm the dealership service visits, and the vehicle is available for inspection upon request.

The brake rotors on my 2023 Chrysler 300C failed prematurely at 25,000 miles. The vehicle is equipped with a factory-installed Brembo four-piston high-performance brake system. The failure presented as brake pedal pulsation and vibration during normal stopping, consistent with warped rotors, which reduces braking effectiveness and control and poses a risk in any situation requiring emergency braking. No warning lamps or messages appeared prior to the failure. The issue was confirmed by my authorized Chrysler dealership, however warranty coverage was denied and the failure was classified as wear and tear. This complaint is consistent with NHTSA Complaint ID Number 11661039, filed May 14, 2025, which documents an identical failure on a Chrysler 300 equipped with the same factory Brembo brake system, with rotor warping reported at just 5,260 miles under normal driving conditions. That complaint similarly attributes the failure to excessive heat generated by the Brembo calipers causing premature rotor warping, suggesting this may be a broader issue with the Brembo brake configuration on this vehicle platform

I got into a car accident in 08/28/25 @8:30pm and on impact I was going about 50-55mph and not a single one of my air bags came out. I also know that there are no recalls on my vehicle for air bags.
I bought my car, Chrysler 300 2021 at the Hemet CA Dealership in 2021. Hemet Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. The car presented with several issues including, difficulty starting, engine misfires, stalling, and decreased fuel efficiency. The low fuel warning light on my car's dashboard would not come on when gas was low at all, until it left me stranded in the freeway far away from home and a dealership. I had to take it in to closest car service center to have the fuel pump replaced. These fuel pumps should last for 100,000 miles or more. My car had only 69,101 miles. The gas level on the dashboard was stuck at the level when I added gas the last time, again not indicating that it needed more gas. I do not see any recalls issued on FUEL PUMP for my cars year, make and model. But a lot of people have reported the same issues. Can someone respond to this email? I want Chrysler to understand that this is not acceptable. This issue should be part of a recall.
