SummarySupersedes Technical Service Bulletin Group 57 number 13-82 dated February 5, 2013. Central locking via remote control does not work either sporadically or permanently. The locks can still be operated manually. Missing synchronization between the remote control key and vehicle because the battery has been disconnected or the battery of the remote control has been replaced. If other senders operate in the same frequency range (mobile phones, TV stations, wireless headphones, baby monitors, other vehicle remote controls, etc.), the remote control key may have been temporarily switched off because a clear identification of the remote control key is not possible. This is necessary to prevent an unintentional unlocking of the vehicle by other unrelated senders.

SummarySupersedes Technical Service Bulletin Group 94 number 12-79 dated June 6, 2012. Light bulb warning light and the message Vehicle lights: malfunction is displayed in the instrument cluster display. DTC 03280 (Light switch position implausible signal) is stored in the vehicle electrical system control module, J519 (09). Exterior lights are functioning properly. If the headlight switch is moved to an intermediate position and remains there, the light bulb warning light and the error message appear after approximately ten seconds. Once displayed, the message turns off after approximately five seconds. The light bulb warning light turns off only after the headlight switch is turned to a defined position, and the status of DTC 03280 is changed to sporadic. After 40 driving cycles without an implausible signal detected, the DTC is automatically cleared.

SummarySupersedes Technical Service Bulletin Group 87 number 12-35 dated November 14, 2012. The customer may report that after selecting a specific temperature in AUTO mode, the resulting airflow and temperature are uncomfortable. The customer complaint is subjective and may be difficult to diagnose during a road test. Please test drive with the customer before as well as after this repair to ensure a thorough understanding of the customer's concern. At certain outside temperatures and operating conditions, the temperature in the passenger compartment fluctuates. This is caused by the unventilated sensor in the air conditioning control panel. There may also be DTCs stored for mechanical malfunction of one or more air distribution control motors in (08) air conditioning/heating control unit.
