Owners of affected vehicles will be notified by first-class mail, with notifications beginning on October 17, 2025.

It is important for owners to understand that Kia will perform this campaign free of charge. There will be no cost to the customer for the Body Domain Controller software update. There are also no restrictions on an owner's eligibility for this service, ensuring all affected vehicle owners can have the repair completed.
