2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 Power Tailgate Latching Issue TSB

• Dealer Requirement: Dealers are mandated to perform Service Campaign 23-01-059H on all affected vehicles before customer retail delivery or whenever an affected vehicle is brought in for maintenance or repair. This campaign can only be performed by IONIQ certified Hyundai dealerships.
• Battery Condition: Before starting the software update, confirm the vehicle's 12V auxiliary battery is fully charged.
