• No prior repair attempts during the current visit. Honda is interested in collecting parts from vehicles in their original fault state, meaning no repair attempts should be made on the shutter grille or related systems during the dealership visit where the issue is reported.
• Honda is interested ONLY if the vehicle meets the following requirements. This emphasizes that only vehicles strictly adhering to these qualifiers will be considered for the parts collection.

These conditions ensure that Honda collects data from vehicles that can best help them diagnose the root cause of the Honda CR-V shutter grille inop condition.
