Dealers are required to re-order new materials using the following updated seat belt part numbers. These parts replace the older versions listed above, ensuring that all new installations or replacements of Audi e-tron seat belt parts meet current specifications:

• 4KE-857-805-K -KPZ (Seat Belt)
• 4KE-857-805-K -V04
• 4KE-857-805-K -VM1D

Important Return Deadline and Procedure

To receive credit and ensure proper inventory management, dealers must return the above-listed material numbers to their facing PDC no later than March 19, 2024. Audi has explicitly stated: "Items returned after the above-mentioned date WILL NOT be accepted on any type of return/buyback."

The return procedure requires dealers to:

1. File a separate "Claim with Return" selecting "Dir Sup. Req. Return" under item type, completing dealer comments with the Special Notice Number and Parts Circular number (SM 09-2024).
2. Review "Parts On Command" the following day for the Delivery List document.
3. Enter their 40000XXXXX delivery document number on a YELLOW DEPOT REQUEST RETURN label.
4. Adhere the YELLOW DEPOT REQUEST RETURN label to the package(s) containing the returned parts.
5. Include one copy of the Delivery Document with the returned part(s).
