2021-2024 Audi Air Suspension Malfunction Warning TSB

Audi has issued Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) 2059363/4 to address an "Air suspension malfunction warning" that may appear in the instrument cluster of various 2021-2024 Audi models equipped with adaptive suspension. This TSB supersedes an earlier bulletin, Group 43 number 22-62, dated June 9, 2022.

Symptoms

Owners may observe an "Air suspension malfunction warning in the instrument cluster (symbol for the air spring)". This indicates a potential issue with the vehicle's adaptive air suspension system.

Fault Codes / DTCs

When diagnosing this issue, technicians may find one or both of the following Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) stored in the suspension control module (J1135, address word 0074):

Diagnosis and Trigger Conditions

Repair Procedure Summary

• Fasteners, bolts, nuts, and screws as needed per the repair manual.
