Important Dealer Instructions and Deadlines

To ensure prompt credit and to enhance the quality of parts reaching customers, dealers must return their inventory of the listed material numbers to their facing Parts Distribution Center (PDC) no later than September 16, 2024. This deadline is critical for the 2023 Audi e-tron GT parts return process.

Audi explicitly states that "Items returned after the above-mentioned date WILL NOT be accepted on any type of return/buyback." This emphasizes the importance of adhering to the specified timeline for all returns.

Dealer Return Procedures
