This bulletin provides information regarding the latest Firmware Over The Air (FOTA) update and provides the service technician an overview of the steps a customer will need to take to complete the update. The TBM software will be updated from 5.25 to 5.39.1. NOTE: The national launch for the FOTA is expected to begin June 26, 2023.

P0652 - Sensor Reference Voltage 2 Low. ? P06D3 - Sensor Reference Voltage 5 Circuit Low. ? P0102 - Mass Air Flow Sensor A Circuit Low. ? P0750 - Shift Solenoid 1 Control Circuit - Open. ? P0755 - Shift Solenoid 2 Control Circuit - Open. ? P0706 - Transmission Range Sensor Rationality. ? P0765 - Shift Solenoid D. ? P0770 - Shift Solenoid E. ? P2761 - Torque Converter Clutch Pressure Control Solenoid Control Circuit-Open. In addition, the customer may experience the following: ? An engine no crank/start. This bulletin involves performing an extended idle test and possibly replacing the ECM.

  3.5 INCH - SPEAKER ASSY P2 Before ordering a speaker part for crackles or rattling noises make sure to take the following steps: 1. Check for electrical harness routing too close to speaker's rear moving parts, improper connection, and/or harness pinch or damage. 2. Ensure no loose components, including trim grilles, fasteners, surrounding IP parts, etc. were found when removing the speaker. 3. Try "bad" speaker at another IP location and see if noise follows speaker. Try a different "good" speaker at "bad speaker location" and see if noise still happens at "bad" location. If even with this verification and adjustments the speaker sounds bad, test the individual speaker with the audio files provided in the Service Library Homepage under "Reference Materials" prior to replacement

  Power Window 1 Gang Before Replacing the Switch, please verify the following: 1- Check the switch internal resistance to verify the values are within specification stated in the service procedures. 2- Swap the switch with the issue with the other side. This switch is used in both rear doors. If after the swap the issue is now present at the other door and the original door position no longer has the issue, replace the switch.
